Keith's Point of View
When Lieutenant Cox walked into the conference room with a file folder in his hand, I knew that one of us would be getting assigned to a new case. Lieutenant Cox likes to just come in and just stand there looking at everyone for a while to make everyone wonder what he is about to say. The whole time Cox was standing there in the front of the room, I was thinking in my head, please don't assign this case to me. Please not me. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE NOT ME. Well apparently that didn't work, because he raised his finger up and pointed right at....me! Ugh! WHY DOES HE ALWAYS PICK ME? But then it got worse. He announced that it would be a "double assignment" as he calls it. A double assignment basically means that two detectives will be working the same case together. That didn't really bother me until he said that I would be working with Detective King! Detective Tabitha King...My enemy...My evil Coworker. For some reason I just didn't like Tabitha... I couldn't tell you why... because truthfully, I didn't even know.

Tabitha's Point of View
I was just sitting at my desk, sipping my coffee on Monday morning, when Cox came in with a folder. I immediately knew what the case was. I was praying that I wasn't the one assigned when he pointed at Detective Bradley. I smiled until he said it would be a double assignment, and pointed at me.
