Haha, now we're getting somewhere in the book, eh? Hope ya'll enjoy it! Another important chapter, all I can tell you is: Pay attention to the little details!!!! And that's all I can tell you without giving the rest away. Comment, tell me what you think, vote, critique it as much as you want, are my characters too mary-sue-ish? Is the story unreal? Talk to me people! :D

Chapter Seven
Faye tapped her foot on the floor of her kitchen. She looked at Matt who was sitting next to her. Kristi was bringing the food to the table and Hanna came scurrying down the steps and took her place just as the food was set on the table.
"Steak?" Hanna moaned, tugging on her black shirt. Faye had noticed that Hanna had taken to wearing long sleeved black shirts and long black pants. She usually didn't like to get involved and figured it was none of her business, plus probably just a phase she was going through so she let it go.
"Live with it," Kristi snapped.
Faye bit the inside of her cheek, "Okay, we have news."
"Big news." Matt nodded.
"Um first of all..." Faye held out her right hand, "we're...getting married."
Kristi choked on the piece of steak she was chewing and Hanna stared at the ring, a grimace on her face, "You can't get married!" Kristi cried out, "You're sixteen," she waved a fork at Faye, "and you're twenty one." She looked at Matt.
Faye traded a glance with Matt, Kristi was out of it lately, but also none of Faye's business, "No...I'm eighteen and Matt's nineteen. We're both adults. We can do whatever we want."
"Except drink," Matt said.
"But we do that already." Faye told him soothingly.
"Oh yeah," He smiled.
"And also...our other big news..." Faye took a deep breath, "I'm pregnant."
Kristi started choking again and Hanna pounded on her back, "Oh my god. You are not."
"Am too." Faye tilted her head away.
"Oh man. You slut." Kristi shook her head.
"Look who's talking? I've only had sex once in my life, and that was with this guy." Faye bumped Matt's shoulder, "How many guys have you slept with?"
"That's unimportant." Kristi snapped, "I've never gotten pregnant. You are."
Faye looked at the table and traced circles on the kitchen table. Matt laid an arm across her shoulders protectively. Faye frowned sadly and looked at the ground, "It's not like I meant to get pregnant." Matt nodded in agreement.
"We'll talk about this later," Kristi pushed her plate away and looked at her watch, "Lucas is picking me up in ten minutes and I have to get ready. I'll be out 'til whenever. We're just going to the movies and to get ice cream." Kristi's fingers fiddled with the hem of her ratty t-shirt and she went upstairs to get changed.
The doorbell rang and Hanna stood up as if automatically, "That's Wes." She tugged at her sleeves and grabbed her cell phone from the counter, "Bye."
"Bye," Faye mumbled and toyed with the zipper on the green jacket that Matt was wearing.
The door slammed behind Hanna and Kristi came rocketing down minutes later. She grabbed her cell phone, wallet and something Faye couldn't see and left for the hallway as the doorbell rang again.
"We'll talk later Faye," Kristi called out.
"Okay." Faye said and Kristi slammed the door shut.
