Forgotten (Nathan Sykes fan-fiction)

~Chapter 8~

Right now I'm in my room not doing much I'm really bored like always. Nathan's out I think? That's why i'm not hanging with him.

Minutes later I hear a knock on my front door and feet padding across the floor witch means my mom is seeing who it is.

I hear chatting but I can't make out who shes talking to, seconds later my door swings open revealing Nathan with a massive smile on his face.

"look what I got in the mail" he says while jumping on my bed so he's right beside me.

"no way!" I scream! It's the package from the wanted auditions!!

"did you get in!" I scream again.

"actually i wanted you to open it" he tells me he wants me to? Thats so sweet!

I grab in from the bed and slowly open it up to reveal a white sheet i decide to read out loud.

"thank you, Nathan Sykes for auditioning for the group the wanted we welcome you to the team!  

Congrats!"

I squeal again and grab Nathan in a big huge! My best friend is going to be a pop star!

He grabs the sheet from my hands and continue to read out loud.

"please pack and be ready at the airport at 10am your journey starts in America and will end in 3 months"

My face fell when he said 3 months... 

Nathan's leaving...

Me and Nathan looked at each other. Not really saying anything. I barley even had anytime with him. Now he's going.

All of a sudden my mom walks into the room.

"what's all the screaming about?" she asks raising an eyebrow.

"nathan got into the wanted" I tell her putting on a fake smile. I should be happy for him. He's going to be living the dream I'm So selfish, I'm always thinking about my self.

"that's amazing! Congrats!' my mom says while walking up to Nathan and giving him a huge. He thanks her and says when he's leaving and stuff. She nods understanding.

"whats your guys plan?" she asked.

"maybe Nathan could have a sleepover here so we can spend more time together" she nodded in agreement and left the room minutes later.

"i'm really going to miss you" he tells me.

"me to" I say

*next morning*  

I wake up thinking about Nathan, I barley even got any sleep last night.

I sat up on my bed but didn't see Nathan anywhere. I found a note sitting on my bedside table. I picked it up and started reading it.

Abby, 

Sorry I left early I needed to pack and get ready, I'll see you later when your family comes around

I let out a sigh and quickly toke a shower I put on a pair of jeans and an over sized hoddie I was to tired and sad to wear something pretty.

"Abby come down" I heard my mom say.

I made my way down stairs to see my mom standing at the door way.

"what's wrong?" she asks me, she always knows whats wrong with me.

"I'm just sad, that's all" I don't want her really to worry about me. I can handle this my self.

"he'll be back before you know" she says i nod and we head out the door. When we get to Nathan house I already see Nathan's dad putting Nathan's luggage in the car.

When Nathan sees me he runs up to me, grabbing me in a hug.

"i'm going to miss you" he says whispering in my ear.

"me to" I tell him.

"I'll call you and text you everyday" he tells me with a smile on his face. I nod and give him a weak smile.

"come on Nathan we need to go" Nathan dad yells from the car. I give him one last huge before he runs off.

I make my way to wear Nathans mum and my mum and Jess, we are waving and crying, even Jess was crying Nathan and Jess have a good brother sister relationship. Witch is nice.

I take her into a hug and soon the rest of the family joins in witch was really cute..

"bye!" Nathan yells throw the car window.

We all wave and say our goodbyes I stare at Nathan till I can't see him anymore. I'm really going to miss all the crazy things that boy does. I miss him already.

"you coming in?" my mom asks snapping me out of my thoughts.

"no thanks I'm not feeling good, i'm just going to go home" I tell her she nods and I make my way back to the house. 

It's been a week since Nathan left and it's been really hard. I don't get out much as I used to.

Todays a Saturday and I'm at home like always, all of a sudden I hear a knock on my front door. I lazily make my way over to the door and open it to reveal Alice. Holding a bunch of grociers in her hand.

"hey girl!" she says while making her way in and sitting on the couch i follow and take a seat beside her.

"how are you?" she asks.

"not good, since nathan left i've been a mess" I tell her.

"Ohh I see boy troubles, don't worry he'll be back and you guys can finally date!"

"I don't think he likes me like that" I tell her. She raises an eyebrow.

"really so that kiss you guys did back stage, didn't mean anything" she sow that!!

"you sow that?!" I ask really shocked

"yup! The curtain was little open and I could see you guys" she tells me my face turned red as a tomato.

"don't worry, I don't think anyone else sow" she says winking. Oh god! I hope my parents didn't see.

"what you got there?" I ask trying my best to change the subject.

"i have ice-cream and movies, we are going to have a girl night!" she says squealing and running to the kitchen to put the ice-creams away. This is going to be a interesting night....
