Henry knocks on the door.
Henry: Hey can I come in now?
Doctor: yes, you may.
Henry: how's things?
Charlotte: Henry... We... We lost the baby.
Henry: what? How? What happened?
Charlotte: what do we do now?
Doctor: You'll naturally go into labor in a few weeks, I know this is hard..
Charlotte: can't you just take it out now?
Doctor: No. It's too late. I'm really sorry.
Charlotte: *starts to cry and walks out*
Henry: thank you doctor.
Doctor: take care, this is going to be hard.
Henry: Thank you *walks out*
In the car.
Henry: do you want to talk about it?
Charlotte: No, I'm fine. Just take me home.
Henry: alright..
20 mins later...
Henry: we're here. Hey you haven't said a word since we left the hospital.
Charlotte: I'm sorry. Goodnight. *walks out of car*
Back inside.
Charlottes mom: so what happened?
Charlotte: nothing.... Everything's great....*walks up to her room*
Charlottes mom: well are you hungry?
Charlotte: no, I'm just going to take a nap.
Charlottes mom noticed that Charlotte seemed upset so she decided to call Henry and ask what's going on.
Henry: hello?
Charlottes mom: hello Henry.
Henry: yes
Charlottes mom: what happened at the hospital??
Henry: Charlotte didn't tell you?
Charlottes mom: no she said everything went fine.
Henry: we lost the baby. I can't believe she didn't tell you...
Charlottes mom: me too. Well thank you Henry goodbye.
Henry: bye.
Charlottes room. *mom knocks on door*
Charlotte: who is it?
Charlottes mom: it's me, may I come in?
Charlotte: yeah. I guess.
Charlottes mom: *sits on bed* so Henry told me you lost the baby..
Charlotte: oh.
Charlottes mom: why didn't you tell me??
Charlotte: because I didn't want you to feel sorry for me.
Charlottes: honey don't worry. You'll have plenty of kids one day. The important thing is, is that your life is normal again.
Charlotte: you're right. But if you don't mind I would like to be alone... *starts to cry*
Charlottes mom: alright I love you. *smiles*
Charlotte: I love you too mom.
