Some people believe that if you wish hard enough for it then your wish will come true . Little did I know, that all wishes come with a price.... But I would find out soon enough.

Owen's POV

"What the hell is that!" she screamed, pointing her finger at one of the subordinates lying in a pool in it of his own blood. I cleared my throat everyone dismissed everyone form the room. She stood there with her lips curled into a scowl.

"We talked about this  Owen, I've told you thousands of times not to get blood on the carpet it was a simple task ,"she scolded .

"And I said I didn't make any promises ,"I fired back.

"You should have thought about this before you married into the mafia my dearest sister," I said as I crunched up my face in distaste as the endearment rolled of my tongue.

"What are you going to do with the girl ," she asked raising one eyebrow.

"Wouldn't you like to know," I said with a sadistic smile.

Riley's POV

I sat in my usual spot in the back of the cafe thinking of where would I go from here. I couldn't go back to William, he would throw fits of fury and most likely lock me in a jail cell in the basement. I looked down at my phone, 2:31 in the afternoon.

"Am I fool for running away? Is it my fault that we are in this mess." I whispered to myself.

"No." I looked up to see William across from me.

"How did-"

"You should know by now, I know you more than you know yourself."

"But how did you find me,?" I said looking down into my coffee mug that suddenly, became so interesting. ."

"I'm not stupid, I've got men all over this city."

"Why are you here," I murmured  in as mall voice.

"I want to help you find Alice," he said as he sat in the seat in front of me.

"No you don't or you would have-"

"Given you the documents to my company, yes I know. Why can't you understand that I do love my company, just as much as I love you, but I can't give those documents away. It would hurt the both of us. I care for her safety just as much as I-."

"How can you say that when you're doing nothing to get her back."

"Can you look me in the eyes and say that you would do anything to get her back?."  I hoped he would give me an answer but he just sat there silently.

"That's what I thought" I mumbled.

"There's nothing I want more than-that's when I saw it. I was certain that it was her, I'd know that red coat anywhere I thought as they sped down the street. 

Quickly got up and ran out the cafe.

"Wait Riley where are you going?" William called after me.

"I have to go it was her I know it was," I said as I got on my motorcycle before speeding down the street tailing the car. 

This was it this was the long awaited day that I would finally hold her in my arms again I thought.

I was so close that I could make out there voices. From what  I could tell there were about five guys that were all armed not including Owen. How am I going to pull this off ? I was outnumbered and unarmed what can I do.  I crept quickly behind and got into a crouching position  I need a plan and fast.

My ring tone echoed through warehouse parking lot disrupting the silence. I silently cursed myself for not turning it off ,as I fumbled with my phone. one of Owen's men started to walking into my direction.I heard the loud of one of owns men stated to rapidly walk in my direction insearch of me. My heart beating profoundly out of my chest and my palms beginning to sweat , I prayed that he would find me... But with my luck it wasn't in the cards.

"Well well look who we have here," the tall muscular guy in the suit said towering over me.

Williams POV

"Shit we lost him boss" Carter yelled through the earpiece.

"Damn!" I shouted as I stepped on the gas. Just hold on Riley. If there's such thing as god I pray that he doesn't do anything rash. But I had a nagging feeling that all hell would break loose.

    "Find out where he was heading and make it fast." I barked.

Not seconds later I got my answer. I made a heard right and skidded to a stop as I reached the old warehouse on 23rd street.I ran to the warehouse just in time to see Riley getting shoved into the back of a black car  before it sped off. I emptied my gun shooting bullet to the back of the trunk but it was no use there were too far. Riley had been taken from me and right under my nose.
