-Hi, this book will mostly just be short creepy and warped stories I think up. I think this will set the stage quite well. Thanks comment, like, and follow!-
Jake staggered through the woods. He had been at a Boy Scout campfire when he was sent to find campfire wood. Jake had bewn stumbling in the woods searching for fallen branches when he realized he was lost.
He had gone to far and now had no idea what direction the campfire was. He pulled out his scout manual but it was to dark to read anything. He started to go east when he saw something in the distance.
Far ahead of him he saw an orangish glow between the trees. "It must be the campfire" He thought. He rushed toward the light. He dodged the trees and crashed through the brush. As he got close he noticed something, the people at the campfire were much smaller than the people in his troop.
As he got close he decided the must all be children. They all wore white shirts and brown pants. They all sat on old logs. Jake was a little disturbed as he noticed the all seemed to be staring in to fire. The children's eyes were pure white. They all looked like they were chanting something. There mouths all opened in unison. But, no noise came other then a deep scratchy sound that floated in the air. As Jake stepped back and read their lips. He deciphered the were all saying "Help Us".
Jake fleed from the campfire. He never looked back until he could see the glow of his troop's campfire. As he appeared out of the wooda his scout leader asked where Jake's campfire wood was. Jake said nothing. He sat down and warmed himself in the fire.
Jake never told anybody what happend. He went to bed in his tent that night haunted by the disturbing image of the creepy children around the fire. He never went back in the woods the whole weekend. He spent most of his time in his tent. Thinking over what happend and why those kids were there. He never uncovered the truth behind the "Campfire Kids."
