Chapter 1

Julia's POV

I sigh as I look around. I was a beta tester for SPO,but after sometime they wanted me to go to SAO. Now unfortunately I was back in SPO.

SPO is the better version of SAO,well sorda....SPO has more powerful bosses,but the armor and weapons are stronger as well.

I started to walk through the village I was in.

The village is called Beginner's Village.

I walked around til I found a weaponry shop.

I walked in the shop and the owner came out from the back room.

"How may I help you?"the girl asks with a smile.

"I'm looking for the most powerful sword you have",I say and cross my arms.

She nods,"I believe I have the perfect one for you",then she walks back into the back room.

I lean on the counter for a few minutes and she comes back.

In her hands she holds a black sword that had white,sharp spirals rising from the hilt of the sword.

She hands it to me and I test the weight. It was light despite the look of it.

"I'll take it",I say.

"It's a special sword. It has the Angel ability"

"Angel ability?"I ask.

"Yeah,the Angel ability is a rare ability. The Angel ability heals the user and with it's attack ability you can attack with extra damage,the attack ability does not ever disappear unless the sword is broken",she says.

"Nice.......does it have a name?"I asked curious.

"Yeah actually. It's name is Ange"

"Cool,what's the price?"

"It's 9,000 col,but I know you'll do great things with it so I'll lower the price to 3,000"

I was in a state of shock until she lowered the price. I smile and nod. I get 3,000 col out and give it to her.

"Thanks",I say.

"No prob,hey let's be friends,so maybe if I get a new sword made I'll message you",she says and sends me a friend request.

I accept and say,"now maybe I'll see you again"

She nods,"yeah see ya!"

I wave to her and walk out the door with my new sword.

As soon as I walked out the door there was a forced teleport.

I was surrounded by white pixels,then I was in a town square.

I know where I am. This shocks me. I am in the Town of Hope.

This is the town that started my sorrow.

Well long story short when I was a beta tester for SPO I was in a group. Camito,he was the archer,Lani,she was the healer,Lawrence,he was the single blader,and Rivoa,she was the shielder. We were on the 54 floor in SPO. We were tricked into going in a room that supposedly had 'special items'. I knew it was a trap,but we were caught in the trap. All of a sudden monsters appeared. One after another my group mates were slaughtered. Driven by grief and anger I slaughtered every last monster in that room. I was the only one that made it out alive with only 1 percent of my HP left.

I was so grief struck that I kept believing that it was my fault they died. I swore to myself that I would never make a group pack again.

Just then a virtual dome surrounded the town. The sky turned red and black blood oozed from the sky.

When it formed it looked simular to the game master in SAO but it was larger,blacker,and a little scarier.

"Hello,SPO players. I am glad to see many people have joined Sword Powers Online. As some of you have noticed the logout button in your menu is missing. This is not a defect,I repeat this is not a defect. The Nerve-transmitter (a/n it simular to the Nerve-gear,but instead of a helmet there's a wire with a sticky pad placed on the back of you neck) that was placed on the back of your neck will electrify your brain,killing you if someone tries to take of the Nerve-transmitter or if your die in this game. Unfortunately 500 players have already been killed. If you want to get out of this game you have to beat 500 levels of floors. There are only one boss per floor,but unlike in SAO these monsters are 50 percent stronger. Many can survive this game,yet unlike the ones killed,if you die in this game you die in the real world",The voice boomed,"I have a gift for you,two really,check your inventory"

I opened my menu and touched my inventory button.

Inside was a mirror and a potion.

I clicked on the mirror and I was surrounded by a bright light.

As soon as the bright light dimmed out I looked in the mirror before it disappeared.

I now look like my true self. I had black hair,silver eyes,I was tall,skinny,and tan.

Just then the game master disappeared,as well as the dome.

I sigh,"well that's nice. I just got out of SAO and now I'm trapped once again in a death hole"

Someone laughs behind me,"well that's one way of saying it"

I turned around and seen a guy with black hair and grey eyes.

"It's true now isn't it?"I ask him with my hands on my hips.

He shrugs and smiles,"I guess it is,I'm Kirito",he holds his hand out.

"I'm Julia",I shake his hand.

"Hey...um....w-would you got to the next town with me?"he asked rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment.

I smile,"sure"

He first pumps the air,"let's go!"

I laugh,"I'll race ya!"

With that I took off running towards the next town with Kirito a few steps behind me yelling,"THATS NOT FAIR!!!"
