Chapter 6:Living ghost

FIVE YEARS LATER

3rd person POV

Gotham's streets were full with runningpersons , from different companies . The trees beautyfull green tiara's started to be full with different colored flowers .

It was spring and the weather was hot , the sun warmly shined through the windows and buildings .

The Wayne manor was one of Gotham's biggest and richest buildings .

The head of the Wayne company was Bruce Wayne , the world's biggest businessman .

His adopted son , Richard Grayson Dick as a nickname , was sitting in his chair , at his desk , doing the paperwork .

His life fell apart five years ago .

At that day was his wedding . He wanted to marry the love of his life , but he failed it .

The love of his life was now gone . She left five years ago on their wedding's day ,, after she found out that he cheated on her .

Yeah , if you thought cuz he is Robin , the Teen Titans ex-head , then you were right .

He was searching for his Star for three years , but he had to move on .

After she left the team fell apart . Raven and Beastboy got married and Bee and Cyborg are still together .

Two years ago , he gave up on the search and started a new life .

He was allways at Batman's side , and now he was working for him again , but this time not as a hero but as a businessman .

Batman in real life is Bruce Wayne and he is his adopted son .

It was a usual and boring day . Just another day in his awfull life . He was doing the paperwork , like I said before . He heard a knock on his office's door and a cute , blonde chick appaered . She was Babs , his secretary ...... and sometimes roommate as well .

- Hello , Mr. Grayson..... - she said seductively . - Mr . Wayne is waiting for you in his office . .... - she continued pecking him on his lips .

He pushed her out of the way and walked to his "dad's "office . He was waiting for him , with hi arms crossed in front of his chest . Typical dad type.

- What do you want from me ? - Dick snapped rudely .

- You're not allowed to talk to me like this , I'm your dad and boss too .... so I can fire you whenever I want it .....

Dick just glared at him .

- Ok , then "father" .... - he said again grinning . - Why did you call me here ?

- As you know , the Wayne company is one of the biggest companies in the world , but that's not enough . We want to be the biggest . So we want to try a new business . Manager's became popular this year , so we will try to manage some stars too . We put an articole on the internet and a girl already called us . She is living right now in Florida and everybody's calling her America's new singer queen , so yeah she is very popular and her voice is like an angel's . She is arriving here tomorrow , so I need someone who will show her around and help her in everything . I want to chgoose someone , who I trust ........ Dick I want you to do this , but .... - Bruce said in a warning tone . - You can't hook up with this girl ! She is very sensitive around boys , because her boyfriend cheated on her and she still didn't move on . Is it clear ?

Dick just rolled his eyes .

- Yeah , it's clear . When do I have to meet with her ?

- Tomorrow I'll throw a prom for her , and then I'll introduce you ... - he said smiling , this time .

Dick just nodded and walked away without a single word ..........

At the end of the day Dick was laying in his bad with his laptop in his hands and he started googling about this mistic girl . He after a few minutes found her short CV .

FAMILY : - Boyfriend : she is single

- Parents : they died when she was just five .

- she also has a five years old daughter , she's name is Mary Angel Anders , but we don't know anything about her father .

SHORT LIFE STORY ( from an interview ) : She was born at May 12th , 1991 in Jump city . She has two siblings . Her older sister died in a car accident , beacuse of her alcohol problems , her younger brother is living with her in Florida . His name is Roy Anders , he is a popular actor . Her mother died in childbirth and he father died in a car accident on the same day , so they grew up in Jump city in an orphanage .

They studied at Jump's Hero High . They moved to Florida only five years ago , as she said because of her boyfriend who cheated on her . She has a daughter named Mary .

Kori has three albums . All of them is platinum .

Dick decided to listen for a few songs of hers .

Her voice was angelic and she was beautyfull , truly . Her long ,wavy , ink black hair and sprakling , emerald green eyes . ........ He decided to go to sleep .

After a few hours of thinking of his lost love , he drifft off to a not too peacefull slumber , since it was already three in the morning and he has to be at work to seven .
