Living in this world is one of the most challenging part of existence. Yes, all we have to do is to breathe to live but how could we even breathe peacefully if disasters are bombarding our hearts? It reminds me of my experiences from the past where I'm in sober and deep pain. I know how it feels. The only thing I could do at that time is to pray to God. Do not be dismay if shortcomings are coming your way. Heavier task are given to stronger workers that is why we've been through a lot. Always remember that our Lord, Jesus Christ is always there for us. You may sometimes ask why such things happen but believe me, it is just like quizzes and major examinations we need to pass in order to prove that we are deserving for His glory. This devotion is dedicated to the victims of bombing and natural disasters.

I. Everything is Under God's Control
    Psalm 23:1-2
  ○ During unexpected unwanted events, we people tend to only realize the worldly things that we lack. We sometimes forgot that God is in control.
○ According to Psalm 23:1-2, when we are with God, everything we need is within us. The things that we lack in this world is nothing for this world is our temporary home.
○ We Christians will experience peace if only if we let God guide us during our dark times. Keep holding on Him, He will never let us down.

II. Acceptance Before Restoration
      Psalm 23:3
○ Death of our loves ones is one of the most painful suffering we could ever experience for we could not bring back the things we did with them like the old times.
○ Death is natural, it is painful yet we need yo accept it. Stop thinking like we could not meet them anymore. Children of God will have a reunion when we'll be living in His Kingdom in future. To continue living, we have to accept this truth to restore our souls.
○ We don't need to revenge to equalize our loss. Guilt is the outcome of revenge, after that, you'll never feel satisfied after seeing the outcomes.
○ Walk into the path of righteousness to receive the entrance ticket for the Kingdom of God.

III. No Fear
       Psalm 23:4
○ The terror of yesterday will be our scar tomorrow and the following days.
○ Fear will bring you into nothing but sadness and despair.
○ With God, we can't feel fear anymore for we know that whatever might happen next; dead or alive, our ticket to His Kingdom is rest assured.

IV. The Righteous Ones
       Psalm 23:5
○ We may look like evils in front of our enemies
○ No matter what happen if we are in God's side, His overflowing love, glory and blessing will overflow.
○ The evil doers may plan or do everything they wanted to do but God has His plans.
○ At the end of the day, God's favors and awards will be given at the right time, place and person.

V. Spread Love and Peace
     Psalm 23:6
○ Though we're not yet in God's kingdom, we could still feel the piece of heaven by spreading peace and love in this temporary home.
○ Love is from God because He first taught us how to. Spreading love is like a domino effect, you start it others will continue it.

CONCLUSION:
This world may end but God's love for us is eternal. Oblivion may come anytime but we God's children are ready and we'll just wait patiently for His second coming. Do not lose hope! Live, stand and show the world how a child of God rises from ruins.

I haven't updated this for a very long, long, long time. I'm really sorry for my irresponsibility. God bless us all! Spread love! Spread the word!
