"Here we are!" shouted Laura smiling as we walked into the dorm. "This is way better than being stuck in a house with seven siblings!" She sighed swinging her stuff onto the bed on the left side of the room. "Welcome to college" I said smiling. Laura smiled back starting to unpack her things.

I moved to the right side of the dorm and sat my things down. I flung myself onto the bed. "This bed is so bouncy!" I exclaimed snuggling into the mattress closing my eyes. This bed is softer than the one in my actual room, I grinned sliding my eyes open and swung my torso over the bed to grab my backpack. I rumbled through my things until I found my laptop.

I cracked it open and my fingers danced across the keys as I typed in my password. It unlocked to my background of a pair of wings that I sketched a while back. I blew a strand of my hair out of my eyes while moving my cursure to my music. I happily turned on Fall Out Boy bobbing my head to the beginning  beat. I heard an irritated sigh from Laura. "Again with this song, we basically listened to it all the way here." she complained while I cheerfully hummed to the song. "You can pick the next song." I offered, she rolled her eyes continuing to unpack and hanging posters. She took out her notepad and scribbled story ideas on it. She kept it with her at all times of the day just in case an idea popped into her head at some random moment.

She'd have her most interesting ideas at random times. Once she even woke up in the middle of the night to write down a story idea and stayed up all night writing it on her computer. She came to school the next day with her hair in knots and a water bottle full of coffee.

The song had ended and Laura practically lunged at the computer refusing to listen to another one of my 'bandom' songs. She changed it to a punk rock-ish song, not that I was complaining, it was a good song. I chuckled and placed my computer on my bed and swung my legs over the side to get up. I dragged a box out from under my new bed and opened it to dig out my sketch pad and pencils.

"Hey Laura, I got that drawing you asked for." I said flipping to the page that had two pistols crossing each other with the words 'Two Guns' written on it. Laura jolted around eyes perked up with joy. Grinning as she grasped the drawing. "Thank you Jean!" then squeaked swiping some of her bright red hair out of her face. "You know if you keep drawing the way you do their standards will be too high for the second year art majors!" Laura exclaimed glancing at the drawing that was  just handed her. "You spoil me." I pouted stretching my arms.

"I'm hungry." she said with a daring look in her eye. "Are you now?" I asked standing up. Laura tilted her head side to side with her bottom lip puckered. "I could eat my family I'm so hungry."  My eyes widened, "We need to get you some food before you die."

"Good I'm famished." She eyed me up and down, "You look like you could take on a few families too."

I rolled my eyes, "Bitch please."

She held her hands up in defense," I start to worry when you weigh less then me."

I chuckled putting my palm to my forehead. "I'm scrawny alright?"  As we where making are way to the dining hall Laura was already looking at me like dinner. I need to get this girl I chicken sandwich fast. We entered the dining hall running for the line like the covenant would run from master chief. God bless the students at this school for not being hungry at the moment. Allowing us to be the near the front of the line.

"JEAN THEY HAVE FROZEN YOGURT!" Laura exclaimed holding up a spoon to her side, taking a seat next to me. I smiled rolling my eyes and picking up my hamburger taking a bite. "You're such a child-OH MY GOD THIS IS AMAZING." I yelled looking back at the beautiful hamburger. All praise the food gods for giving us such amazing things to eat.

Laura bitch faced me "You were saying?"

I glared back at her "This is different it's hamburgers delivered from the angels above." I argued  taking a few more bites from this godly object which should not be allowed to be consumed by unholy creatures  such as a college fresh men and seniors. All of the hamburgers belong to me and me only! "Uh huh." She rolled her eyes at me just to continue to scarf down the frozen yogurt contained in the plastic bowl. No kidding she was hungry.

After we finished eating and earned a few odd looks from people we decided to walk around campus on our way back to the dorm and my god this place is huge. Way bigger than the pictures on the school website. I wonder how the classrooms are, the teachers are supposed to be top class, the best of the best, the big guys in charge, the hunters of supernatural. So on and so on.

It was a chilly late evening and was around that time where it was considered night, but it wasn't dark. We took that as a sign telling us to hurry are ass' back to the dorm, which we did. When we had returned to the dorm we were both exhausted and completely awake. Lucky for me I have a pastime that fills a lot of time. Drawing! At the moment I was working on a scene with the one of the main characters shot on the ground and the other main character fighting who shot him. This was the action scene that came before the feels one.

Two hours later I found myself satisfied enough to pass out with one leg dangling off the bed and my arms laying above my head. Yep good times.
