Liz handed Zero his sweat shirt back, which she still had. He took it and slid it on, then the three got going. Jeff was in the lead, Zero and Liz followed close behind. It was about mid day, but the forest still looked dark, almost... non-living, it was so quiet.

Soon a gravel trail appeared, well... part of a trail. Liz saw a small cabin, it looked small, comfortable even, until she got closer. The walls had holes in them, there were bricks near the bottom, which look centuries old. And the wood above looked rotten, the paint peeling away. The roof even looked like it would collapse soon. Then the door... that's... that's not even a door! Its a damn plank of wood leaning against a door frame, where an actual door should be. There was also a rusted old pick up truck beside the cabin, that can not be used, let alone work at all.

"Its kinda messy inside, ill go pick it up and tell the others your here." Jeff said and begun to walk towards the cabin. "I'm gonna go with. That ok with you Liz? Will you be ok out here?" Zero looked at Liz, his crimson eyes awaiting a response. "Ya, that's fine." Liz didn't really care waiting outside. She can get a break and be alone for a while, that's something she's wanted for a while now.

Just then, when the 'door' closed behind Zero, Liz heard a small snicker. Liz squeezed her eyes shut in frustration. She wanted to be alone! She brought her hand up to her face, annoyed with the sudden presence behind her. Liz whipped around and slapped the one behind her, making them stumble to the ground after a hard hit to the jaw, "JEFF! LEAVE ME ALONE, STOP SPYING ON..." Liz saw, not Jeff, but a stranger sprawled on the ground, holding their face... but, his face is covered by a blue mask, with empty black pits where his eyes should be. He was wearing all black, brown hair sticking up from over his mask. He got up and loomed over Liz.

Liz would have been scared, but she was too irritated. Liz looked up at him with an annoyed glare, putting her hands on her hips and going on her toes to look at his mask better, he really didn't have any eyes?

Liz squinted her eyes as she went back onto her heels and leaned against a tree, staring up at the strange man. "What are you doing here." Liz looked at her nails, her voice very annoyed. The strange man giggled and  Liz squinted her eyes even more, which flew back open in shock as an arm came from around the tree and over her throat. Liz grabbed the arm, keeping it from pressing too hard, and looked to see a knife in another hand. Liz did not want to deal with any of this right now.

Liz leaned her head sideways and bit the thumb of the hand holding the knife, and she heard a screech of pain from behind her. Liz flew forward keeping a good distance from the blue mask guy, but also to see the mystery killer who was behind her... he was also wearing a mask... a white one but... still a mask. Liz did a face palm. "What is with you people and masks!" Liz asked, getting even more irritated, just as Zero and Jeff ran outside to see where the scream can from.

"Liz, what's going on, we cant find any of the others, and where did that girlish scream come from!?" Jeff held out his knife, his face in a murderous grin, which turned to shock. "Masky!? Jack!? What are you guys doing out here!" Jeff stood up straight, one hand on his hip.

Masky? Jack? Were these two masked guys the people Jeff talked about, or where there still more?

"Hey Jeff! You know this girl?" A strange voice came from above Liz, and then another guy appeared out of the tree, this guy had an orange hoodie on, his face covered by a shadow, except two blood red glowing eyes. Liz shivered.

"Ya, I do, she's friends with Zero." Jeff pointed with his thumb towards Zero, who had his head in his hand. Jeff saw Masky clutching his thumb. "HA! Did Liz actually hurt you! please tell me she did because that would just make my day!" Jeff almost fell over laughing. Liz didn't think that was a compliment. "She damn bit me! Like what the hell man!" Masky turned to look at Liz. So that's Masky, and... that must be Jack, looking at the guy with the blue mask, but turned back to Masky. "Your the one who tried to kill me stupid!" Liz got all up in Masky's face, making him flinch. "Hoodie, H-Help me out, this girl's crazy!" Masky put his hands up in defense. So that hooded guy must be Hoodie?

"Sure thing brother!" Hoodie said, putting his hand in a salute, making him fall out of the tree with a thud. Jeff actually fell this time laughing, Jack put his masked face to his hand "This is just embarrassing."

Just then a  huge branch fell from the tree and hit Liz's shoulder, causing her to whine and topple over, her face screwed up in pain from the impact. Everyone just looked at her, then Zero came to help her up. "Great job Hoodie, you hurt Lizzy!" Jeff sounded annoyed, not really looking at Liz at all. Liz wanted to slap him for calling her Lizzy, but she was in too much pain.

"N-No, it wasn't Hoodie, I-it was me..." Zero confessed "Well sort of.. its a... long story." Zero scratched the back of his head, embarrassed. Liz looked at him in confusion, but then remembered... the curse... to ruin her life, and he said it would only get worse. "I umm... kinda.. accidently... put a curse on Liz."

Jeff's mouth dropped open in shock "Wow, she must fucking hate you..." Jeff said the words slowly, actually in shock. Liz could tell that the others were in shock too. "So that damn boss of yours told you to put a curse on Liz! That bastard! I actually kinda get along with her! And that's rare for me.. to get along with anyone!" Jeff chanted into the sky. Liz felt a little shocked and happy that he respects her, but then they all saw Zero, standing, facing a tree, his head down in shame. "I... put the curse on her... on accident..."Zero said slowly.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, face palmed at the same time, including Liz, who was annoyed he brought the subject back up. "Not the first time either Zero, come on, get with the program, or quit your damn job!" Jeff looked annoyed. He looked funny trying to be serious with that smile on his face all the time.

"NO!" Zero turned around, eyes wide "Err... ummm... I mean, ill get it right next time, I shouldn't just quit like that right... heh heh."

Everyone looked at him in confusion, but shrugged it off. Jeff came over and helped Liz to the cabin "Come on, lets introduce you to everyone else" Jeff didn't sound like a psycho that time, but he grinned crazily at her.  And they all walked inside. These guys really don't know how to greet people well... do they.
