But.....I am going away to summer camp on June 20-24. AND, its away in the mountains, with like cabins and stuff. AND, no electronics are allowed.So yeah. And THEN, I will be on vacation from July 1-8.

PERCY WAS LED DOWN A DARK PASSAGE. MOLD COVERED the crumbling stone walls, and a drip, drip could be heard. 'Medea' walked up ahead, her chin jutting out. According to Jason, they had blown up her store last year with her own potions, but maniacal old ladies seem to have a knack for coming back to life and torturing the heck out of people.

Even though Percy had managed to kill the cyclops(Percy flinched at the thought, remembering his half brother Tyson) Medea had managed to summon more. They had bound his wrists with polished, new shackles and poked his back with a spear if he wasn't going fast enough. How do you even  get new shackles in the deepest pit of Hell? Like...."Hell hound delivery services-the evilest and fastest service for Monsters! Percy smirked at that, and the spear dug in his back a little too much for comfort. A drop of blood blossomed on his shirt.

Finally, after walking what felt like circles, he was shoved into a giant chamber. It was about the size of a high school gymnasium, and the shadows of torch light danced along the walls like ghosts. What made him shudder was the floors-riddled with bones and slick with dried blood. Strangely enough, some of  the blood was blue.

Maybe they were trying out a new Alien interrogation service?

But before Percy could figure out that mystery, a voice spoke from the darkness.

"Oh, my my. Look what we have here." He felt a presence behind him, and a finger running up his chin. He shivered.

A woman appeared in front of him, her brown eyes staring into his sea green ones. Her amber hair flowed at her shoulders, and a dress made out of shifting dirt billowed around her.

The shocking thing was that the woman looked no more than twenty-five.

This was his great-grandmother we were talking about here. Who could have been as old as the word itself.

It was soo not helping that the dress was a little more low-cut than it should be.

'Well, Perseus Jackson, I finally get to meet you in person. And it shall be your blood that will be spilled here, right now, today! Bring out the bleeding sword!"

A draconae slithered out behind him, holding a wicked blade  that would've been cool if he wasn't going to be sacrificed with it.

It had a curling red hilt, studded with diamonds and a silver G. The leather grip was flawless, each strip in line. The metal was a shiny silver, with a double-edged blade. Percy was practically drooling, but it didn't have nothing on his own sword. Riptide was in a division by itself.

The cyclops from before walked out, and with careful hands, one drew the sword. The other pushed Percy to his knees and held his shoulders in place.

He raised up the sword and slashed it across the Son of Posidon's open back. Blood flew, sizzling as it was soaked into the Earth. Again and again, the metal came down, creating long jagged wounds that stretched from his shoulder blade to his hips.

Percy never cried out, not once. He needed to be strong....for Annabeth. For his family.....for his friends. Faces flashed through his head.

Mom, Chiron,Thaila, Nico, Beckendorf, Selena, Luke....

Gaea smiled.

...Travis, Connor, Jason, Piper, Leo, Hazel...

He shuddered in pain.

...Frank, Reyna, Micheal Yew, Paul...

He barely noticed as they took a hot brand and burned it into his chest, creating a curling G.

...Annabeth....

The room was full of red...so much red...

He barely felt the arm lift him off the floor and carry him out the door.The one thing he heard before passing out is Annabeth's agonized scream.

"What did you do TO MY BOYFRIEND?!"
