Ochaila started to wake up as chatterboxes started to gather. I laid myself down by a tree and looked around. I heard the keepers come in and fill the feeder. My stomach growled in hunger as I watched Ochaila get up to get some meat. I pressed my paws against my rumbling belly, looking up at the tree and pushing my back against the soft ground. Ratanic stayed in her place, like always.
I saw Ochaila drag a big piece of meat towards Ratanic. My mouth watered, after all, I was starving. I groaned, running the tips of my back paws against the mud. glanced at me, but then set the food down in front of Ratanic. She sat up and started to tear the meat with her sharp teeth. I shook my head, moaning again.
I rolled onto my belly, paws still holding the grumbling mess. I slumped my muzzle down onto the moist mud, watching Ratanic eat the juicy meat. Ochaila approached me with a small piece. He dropped it near my muzzle. "Eat up, kid," Ochaila says, "You need to put some weight on those bones." The aroma of the meat filled my nose. I sneezed it out, tempted to take a bite. Pushing the food away, I groaned again. "Fine." Ochaila growled, snatching the meat into his huge paw. He ate it in a bite. I groaned again, sticking my tongue out. Ochaila walked off.
Sooooo hunggrrryyyy...
Most of the chatterboxes were focused on me. After the sun rose in the sky, I heard a keeper approach.
