Hey guys! I really hope you'll enjoy reading this. It's a work in progress. In all honesty, I have no idea where this story is going. The characters are real people to me, and just like how we can't predict what the next day will bring, I'm approaching this story with that same type of spontaneousness.
Don't worry, I do have some solid ideas, and I plan on making this a series.
I'm really enjoying writing this, and if any of you have any comments or feedback I'd love to hear it! I'm also hoping to find someone to help me edit this along the way.
This book is going to have around 25 chapters and should be finished in about three months.
Annnndd I was just thinking of who I'd cast if this were made into a movie. Hopefully this will help you be able to picture each character better:
Alexandria: Amandla Stenberg
Catherine (her mother): Kerry Washington
Joseph (her father): Cuba Gooding Jr.
Lena: Jennifer Lawrence (maybe? I'm on the fence about this one kinda)
Matt: no idea yet
Danny: Nat Wolff
Gwen: Shailene Woodley
Haha this is a dystopian novel and several of my cast picks have been in dystopian movies. A coincidence I guess?
And I'm constantly making revisions to this. So it'd be a good idea to go back and reread some chapters from time to time.
