"It's time for school", my mother said, opening the door with a loud bang.
School.
Does she really expect me to go to school now, after all that happened with my brother? I sighed and turned around on the other side.
After a few minutes I gave up though and slowly made my way out of the bed and into the bath room. It felt weird not to see my brother in there.
I brushed my teeth and changed my clothes, then looked at the mirrow for a moment.
Some people would actually say I'm handsome.
My hair was cut short, making my blue eyes perfectly visible and my muscles underneath were very defined too.
I made my way downstairs slowly and made myself breakfast.
"Hi, mum", I said, seeing her sit at the kitchen table.
I was just about to greet her when she turned towards me. Her eyes were red and swollen.
I firstly thought she cried but when she stood up I knew she was just drugged again.
"You should hurry up. It's gettin' late", she said and stumbled towards the living room.
I sighed, grabbed my bag and breakfast and made my way to school.
I was just about to turn the corner when suddenly someone bumped right into me. I looked up and was just about to say whether she doesn't have any eyes when I looked her in the face.
Her blonde, curly hairs were covered from her hoody but still a few strands hang in her face. She wrapped a scarf around her face.
"Watch your step", she hissed and ran past me. Excuse me? She was the one bumping right into me!
Suddenly I heard many voices and steps.
I turned around the corner and there were about twenty photographer who all ran past me.I could only catch one sentence "Please, only one photo, Charlie Diarer.
I stopped in my tracks. Was the girl bumping into me really the famous Charly Diarer?
I arrived at school way past eight.
"I'm so sorry. I overslept", I said and made my way towards my seat.
Luckily we had classes with Mrs Brues, the nicest teacher imaginable.
She just gave me a smile, wrote my name into her book and continued classes.
When finally class ended I met Karen at the end of the corridor.
Oh, did I mention that she is now a friend of Lulu and her barbie sluts?
Yeah, horrible, I know. I even felt like a fool that I once had a crush on that girl.
"Hi. Did you see Lulu?" she asked but not before looking around.
She probably wanted to make sure nobody could hear her talking to the freak.
"No" I answered cooly but Karen obviously didn't want to end the communication.
"Well, yeah, I gotta go." I said, moving towards the door.
I think she still wanted to say something but then Lulu came around the corner and she immidiately turned in the opposite direction.
She still looked upset and sad but it's none of my problems, right?
On my way home I decided to take the bus to the hospital.
By the time I arrived it was already seven o' clock in the evening.
I knocked on the door and couldn't believe my eyes.
Next to my brother lied a rubbish looking man. His gray hair was long and looked dirty.
My mother being a drug addict, I could immideately recognize the eyes from the man. He took drugs.
Next to the man sat no one else but Charly Diarer.
She immidately came over to me and grabbed in her purse until she found a two hundred dollar bill.
"No word about this to anyone, neither tell them you bumped into me", she said. I looked her into the eyes and my heart missed a beat.
She was the most beautiful girl he has ever seen.
Her blonde hairs were in a tight bun and she wore a gold sparkling top and blue hotpants.
Her eyes had a chocolate brown colour that was so intense that you could lose yourself in them.
However I could still see that her eyes were swollen, like she cried.
I felt so sorry for her right now even if I didn't know her but to hide someone from the publicity that mattered to you must be hard.
"You can let go of my hand now", she said annoyed. I awoke from my trance and immidiately let go of her hand.
She returned to the man and I finally got to my senses again, grabbed a chair and sat next to my brother.
"How are you feeling?" I asked and took his hand but I felt a bit distracted by Charly who kept staring over at us.
"I feel fine, really. Why can't I finally get out of here?" he asked, annoyed.
I looked at the ground. I couldn't tell him, I just couldn't.
I heard steps outside of the door and suddenly Charly jumped and ran into the bathroom.
"Hello, I'm doctor Shew. I'd like to run a few tests with your brother now. I hope you prepared yourself."
I looked at him in shock. Why didn't he tell me that he will have to run a few blood tests now?
I barely had any time to think about it when the nurse came in.
"Ok, well. I just brought you new towels", she said and headed towards the bathroom door.
"Wait!", I shouted.
The nurse stopped and looked at me, so did my brother.
"Um, well, there was a nurse about ten minutes ago. She already brought towels", I said and hoped that she would move away from the door now.
"Ok, well, then let's get you out of here to do the blood tests", she said, helping Luis' to his feet and walking out of the room.
"Good luck, Luis", I whispered.
Charly carefully opened the door when everyone was gone.
"Thank you so much. You really just saved my life", she said in her perfect voice, gave me a kiss on the cheek and left the room.
I just stood there, surprised about the sudden kiss and blushed.
_______
Well, hope you liked it.
I also hope that you don't think it's weird that Charly and Chris already met. :)
The question is: Who is that man? :)
