There was a sound of a new person entering the place and he said, “I am O positive and I am ready to give my blood to her.”

That voice. I recognized that voice. It was Josh…

Josh’s P.O.V

I hurried inside the room screaming that I had the right type of blood.

My heart was racing with fear.

The doctor said, "Okay, are you ready? We need your blood right now."

"Okay I am ready."

I sat on a chair, and then I saw the big needle. I hate needles but I would do anything for Lisa.

The doctor comforted me as he just injected that BIIIIGG needle in my arm. I didn’t feel anything, though, because all I was thinking of was Lisa. He took so much blood.

I saw them injecting my blood into Lisa's body. I hoped she’s alright. I hope everything goes back to normal. I want her back...

 3 WEEKS LATER …

I came rushing inside the room when the doctor said she made some movement. She has been in a coma for 3 weeks. I have been afraid and worried since then.

When I entered the room she was looking around the room wondering where the hell she was. I know how she feels when she doesn’t know where she is. It happened a lot to her.

Her eyes were analyzing the whole room until she saw me.

“Josh where am I? And why are you looking so worried? And why does my whole body feel numb?”

I told her everything of how Evan found her on the road bleeding and he called the hospital directly. I told her how she lost a lot of blood and how I gave her all the blood that she needed, and about the 3 weeks in coma...

I was the one shocked when she told me how Mariana and all those girls attacked her for disturbing her make-out session with Evan. How can those people even be girls?  Jeez I should go to some court and file a case.

“Shit it’s my fault! If I didn’t send you to get Evan you would be safe” I said in a very angry tone, moving my hand towards my hair and brushing it a couple of times then put my hand over her forehead.

She looked at me with tears in her eyes. “Josh you didn’t do anything bad. It’s not like you knew they would do that to me in the end. I am so grateful to you for donating your blood for me." She said while hugging me.

I think I skipped a heartbeat when she hugged me…to be honest I...I...I have feeling for her. l have fallen in love with her since we were kids. I don’t care how she looks, she is an amazing person from the inside and that’s all that matters to me. I could never tell her how I felt about her. Maybe she doesn’t like me back. She is crazy about Evan. I’m no good in front of him. All the girls are after me, but why not her? I just have fun with them. I have no feelings for any girl than this one right in front of me. I’m grateful we are best friends at least.

“Lisa after what they did to you I am going to make their lives a piece of hell. No one messes with my best friend. NO ONE!” I made sure the last two words were said pretty loud.

She just smiled. And the best quality of hers is her smile…Gosh I want her so bad…

“Josh you’re the best seriously.”
