Chapter 1

"SIT UP DANIELLE" shouted Mr Price, it was hard to understand what he was saying as I was getting distracted by my reflection in his forehead. "DANIELLE" he shouted again "oh sorry sir ". I gave him a look of innocence and sat up. He stared at me for which felt like forever. He then continued his lesson.

I was so tired because I had been up all night talking to this guy I met on Tumblr. My mind started to drift off, all I could think about was him. His dark brown hair, his light brown eyes, his sweet smile I could just go on and on about him. Finally the bell rang and it was time to go home.

On my way home I heard someone shouting my name. I turn around to see Sahar running towards me with a giant grin on her face. Sahar is my best friend. She has black hair and dark brown eyes, she's very smart and wears these nerdy glasses. I heard her shout my name once again. As soon as she caught up with me she wouldn't stop speaking . I couldn't understand what she was saying. "Calm down Sahar, take deep breaths" I said attempting to calm her down but she ignored me and continued to speak.

"I just got off the phone with my mum, she said this holiday she needs to go to Los Angeles for work and she said I could bring a friend with me!!"she screeched. I immediately thought of Ethan, but I decided not to mention him in front of Sahar. I never really told Sahar about Ethan. A massive grin appeared on our faces and we squealed with excitement.

(The night after the good news)

Danielle (11:24pm): Hey, are you awake?

Ethan (11:25pm): Yeah, whats up?

Danielle (11:27pm): Ive got good news, remember Sahar. Ive told you about her many times, shes my best friend.

Ethan (11:28pm): Yeah I rememeber her, continue.

Danielle (11:29pm): Well her mother just got a promotion and she has to go to America for about 2 months during summer holiday.

Ethan (11:30pm): So....?

Danielle (11:31pm): Sahars mother said that i could go with them to America for the holidays! This means we can finally meet!!

Ethan (11:32pm): Oh my god! Thats amazing! I can finally meet you, where in America though?

Danielle (11:33pm): Los Angeles, Sahars mother already rented an apartment there for Sahar and I to stay in. Her mothers work booked her a hotel for the 2 months so that means it will just be Sahar and I.

Ethan (11:35pm): That works out perfectly! When will you be coming?

Danielle(11:36pm): The holidays start on the 15th June, so in about 2 months.

Ethan(11:37pm): That is a long wait but it's worth it. :)

Danielle(11:38pm): Well, I'm going to sleep. I'll speak to you tomorrow. Good night :)

Ethan(11:40pm): Goodnight :) x

* Two Months later*

I hear a loud knock at my bedroom door. "HURRY UP HOE YOU ARE TAKING FOREVER" Sahar yelled. "I'LL BE THERE IN A SECOND" I say for the 6th time as I close my last suitcase.I open the door to let Sahar in. Without saying a word she grabs 2 of my bags and walks out, I follow carrying the rest of my bags.

When we reach the taxi I say my goodbyes and get in. We arrived the airport 30 minutes earlier so Sahars mother said that she was going to look around and will meet us somewhere, we decided to get some food as we had nothing to eat in the morning. I ordered a small pizza with a lemonade, Sahar ordered a Large pizza with a large bowl of pasta on the side, a large salad and a medium lemonade. She may be skinny but she eats a lot and I mean A LOT. Once we finished eating it was time to meet Mrs Williams (Sahars Mum)
