Fallen into the Dark (on hold)

Chapter 1- The offer

A/N: Hey people :) I'm the author of this story (obviously)! So I'm here to tell you that you should give this story a try, it might be boring and all at first, but I promise it get's really good after the first couple chapters :) So that's all, thanks all of you who took the time to read it 'cause if it were me I would probably skip this part :p Thanks again and enjoy :D

I always loved how my white wings looked like into the sun, as I was flying carelessly into the clear blue sky while keeping an eye at Kevin. Kevin is the boy that I have under my wing since I am his guardian angel, he is 17 years old and he is in his last year of high school, I love this kid, I've been his guardian ever since his mother got pregnant with him, I feel like he is my own child.

He is an only child and has everything he ever wanted, he has high grades and has one hell of personality. The last 3 years he has been in a relationship with this girl who the only thing she knows how to do is to sleep around and the play with Kevin's emotions.

If I could I would tell everything to Kevin about it but this would be against the law of the guardian angels, Never interfere with the emotions or the lives of the people you are supposed to guard, only protect them from falling into the dark.

I pushed my wings into the air lowering myself to the ground as Kevin crossed another road before entering the gates of his school, following him into the classroom like the little stalker I was, I saw the other guardians there watching over their children. "Hey, Kate" Drake shouted from across the room.

With a swing of my wings I went right beside him "Hey Drake how have you been?" I asked him with a sweet smile over my face.

Drake was my friend for centuries, you could say that he knows me better that anyone else, our relationship would be what humans call Best Friends only we never fought like humans do even with their supposed to be best friends. He pushed his long blonde hair behind his ear before returning the smile I had gave him a while ago "I'm fine and so is Carol" he paused and locked his blue eyes with my own blue ones, you see all guardian angels have blonde hair and blue eyes to show how pure we are "have you heard the news?" he asked me with excitement into his voice.

Shaking my head to tell him no only made him grin even more "What? Tell me already" I demanded raising only a little my voice.

He grinned even more as a low laugh escaped his lips "I can't believe that you haven't heard about it yet, even though you are the main reason of the rumors" okay this was getting my attention even more than before, what did I do that had started rumors about me "Are you ready to hear the news?"

Drake was always like that, always teasing me instead of telling me what he had to tell me right away "Yes Drake, I'm ready now could you please spit it out without all the teasing you always do?"

He laughed a little at my answer but soon he had put a serious yet friendly face on "They say that He decided to give you your own place as a chosen one" , the chosen ones were the purest angels of all, the only ones that were aloud to visit Him face to face, the only ones that could actually visit Him in heaven and let's not forget the ones that were specially trained by the elders to become one of the strongest ones in heaven.

Speechless that's just how the news, Drake told me, left me. This was the dream of each and every guardian angel, to become a chosen one, and I was going to become one "Me?" I asked looking to Drake "Are you sure that It's me they were talking about?" I asked still shocked from the news as they were still sicking into my brain.

Drake pulled me into a hug and patted my back "That's my little girl, I can't believe that you are about to become a chosen one." yeah I still couldn't believe it either.
