Strange Dream or a Warning?

Laying in my bed, staring up into the darkness, everything is silent. I can't hear a single thing because that is just how silent it is. Everything felt peaceful for a few minutes until I could feel the blankets of my bed being pulled at from the right side of my bed but, then they were being pulled at by the left side of my bed. I tried to hold the blanket in place but that only made it worse, as they continued to pull until the blanket fell off the right side of the bed. It frightened me, and I honestly did not want to move, and if all logic stands correct, getting off my bed when things from the sides of the bed are pulling at your blanket, would not be a good idea. I could feel something from the right side of the bed pull on my nightgown, and from the left side I could suddenly feel a cold hand grab onto my ankle, and not being able to move in complete fear, I suddenly felt more than one hand grabbing at my gown, and body pulling on me from side to side, and there was nothing I could do. It was too late, the hands from the left side of the bed pulled me off my bed, and when I thought I would smack into the floor, I actually continued to fall. The hands of whatever was touching me were gone, but so was everything else. I can't even speak, all I can do is think. There is nothing I can do, but keep falling down into the darkness and hit whatever awaits me at the bottom, if there even is a bottom. I am a bit shocked with myself, though. I don't even feel scared....as strange as it is....I feel calm. It's quiet, and peaceful. The rate that I am falling at is not too fast to where it races my heart beat, and even though there is nothing that I can see, and I can't speak or yell for any help, I don't feel too frightened, at least not as frightened as I was when those hands were pulling at me.

Falling, falling for what felt like hours, it finally came to a rapid ending when my entire body smacked into rough wavy water, unable to fight back, and unable to let out a scream, unable to do anything but just think, I was sinking far below the surface. My eyes were fighting to stay open but they closed, and I felt no pain from not breathing, it was actually relaxing. Sinking lower, and lower, I thought that I would soon find myself on the sandy flooring of the sea, but instead I could feel arms wrap around my waist from underneath me and pull me down faster, faster and faster until I could suddenly feel a change in my position, I was facing forward, and before I thought it was over, I felt hands push on my back rougher and rougher each time, until I felt hands from beneath me grab onto mine and pull me down until suddenly the feeling of hands in mine were gone, a sudden feeling of shock went through my entire body as I began to fall all over again. I could finally open my eyes, and looking straight down, I could see nothing but darkness, and how or what happened actually made my heart race. I was dripping wet, I could feel my wet gown and wet hair against my body. The falling came to a sudden stop, not because of flooring, but because arms were wrapped around my waist holding me from falling any further. Unable to look to see who or what was holding me from falling down into the blackness, I suddenly heard a voice.

"I know that everything that has just happened to you makes no sense at all but unfortunately you will find the truth of it sooner rather than later. You are the one they want, my dear..." A soft voice said and it echoed all around me, "But don't you worry, darling. I won't let them take you yet, at least not yet. Now, wake up."

With those three final words, I could feel myself being lifted up, no longer falling down, I could feel my body get lighter now, and as lighter it got, I could feel the blanket that was covering my body, and the pillow under my head, I could feel myself in dry clothing, and through my closed eyes, I could see the sun shining in through my window onto me and my bed.

"It was all a strange dream...."I say quietly, opening my eyes and then rubbing them, and sitting up to stretch and yawn. "A strange, strange dream..."
