"Yay another day in the city.." Mercury said in her usual grumpy voice. She flicked her ear and sat by her sister, Acid, in front of a store. "It sucks to be a cat doesn't it? You don't get to eat the same food as the humans eat and we are not treated equally." She muttered then stood up and walked away.
"Wait up, Acid!" Mercury said, who left her grumpiness behind her. "We can still kinda turn into humans remember." Mercury said soothingly as she touched the charm that laid against her sisters soft silk fur. "Yeah but it's still not the same." Acid said through clenched teeth as she pushed her sister's paw away and ran off into the shadows of the night.
