Last night we arrived at the cabin, and we both fell asleep on the couch when we got there. I woke up and started to make breakfast for Blake and I. Pancakes, bacon, and eggs. My stomach began to growl and I snuck a piece of bacon.

"I saw that."

I froze as I eating another piece of bacon. I turn around to see Blake sitting at the island, giving me a smile. Shoving the piece into my mouth, "You didn't see anything." I said. Returning to the cooking when I felt hands wrap around my waist. He kisses me gently on the neck, "Stop... I'm trying to cook. And you're being a distraction." I said. Poking him with the end of the spatula.

Blake grabs at his chest where I poked him. Stepping back, "Oh, you've broken my heart." He said, falling to the floor with a thud. Laying for a second, and I laugh. Falling, and straddling his waist. Staring into his brown eyes, and gently kissing him all over the face until I got to his lips. Kissing him gently, but he surprised me with pulling me closer to him. Deepening the kiss, and wrapped my hands in his hair. My shirt was slowly beginning to rise and his went with it. My shirt was almost over my head when suddenly the smoke alarms went off. Making us jump, and the fire was coming from the pancakes.

Blake jumped up, pushing me back. "I go this!" He yelled over the alarm. I run over to the couch to grab my phone, ready to dial 911 in case the fire gets any worse. But Blake pulled a towel over the pan, and I slowly walk over.

"There go the pancakes," I say with a sigh.

Blake gives me a small smile and comes over giving me a side hug. Kissing me on the forehead. "Well, we can just have bacon and eggs with some toast." He said.

"Okay, but I'm going to clean up first," I say, turn the faucet on. Blake handed me a washcloth from one of the cabinets. Cleaning up the pan, and I then got to the stove.

Placing a hand on the stove, but I yelped in pain. Cursing like a wild woman. Running to the sink, and turning the cold water on. A tear began to run down my face, "Baby! What happened?" Blake said, coming in from the dining room. Where he was setting the table for us too.

"I burned my hand..." I said. Blake came turning the water off and patting my hand dry off. Looking at the burn, and seeing that it wasn't that bad.

"It's a tiny burn, but why don't you go and sit down. I'll finish up." He said, giving me a little push to the dining room.

(Melody's POV)

Throughout the night and morning. I've not gotten many hours of sleep since work and the accident that happened. I keep having nightmares about the robber. Tyler doesn't know about them. I haven't really told him, and this morning was the scariest dream I had. Waking up at 2 in the morning, sweat rolling down my face mixed in with tears. Immediately I called Tyler because my parents had left for vacation. I didn't want to go because of work.

Reaching him on the second ring, "Hello..." He mumbles into the phone.

"Tyler..." I whisper out.

"What's wrong?" He asks, realizing something was wrong.

"I-I... need... you..." I said, a sob escaping me.

"Okay... I'll be over in a minute." He said.

"Don't... hang up," I say, clutching onto my pillows for dear life.

"I would never." He says.

Soon, he is here. Telling him where the hidden key is, and hearing him finally hang up and stomping up the stairs. I then forgot the Derek was here, and I suddenly here rustling. Making me get up, and see them on the ground in the hall. "Derek!" I scream. Tears running down my face again. Both of them stop and stand up. Tyler coming over and sweeping me up in his arms. Crying into his chest, and wanting what happened to disappear.
