First day of College

    "Let me help get your stuff out" says the taxi driver

" No it's fine, I got it!" Julia answers

Julia walks into a large area where all college students hangout during there time out of class.Julia walked and passed lots of people until one steeped in front of her.

"Hello,first day of collage, no problem! What dorm?"said the girl

"Umm number 27!"Julia replied

" okay , so just in that building, then go up the stairs and turn to your left and keep walking to find your dorm!"

Julia walked through the entrance and up the stairs and to her dorm. A girl was already there, Julia set her stuff down and the girl looked at her.

"I'm Julia,"

" Cool, I'm Sophie"

None of them talked but just unpacked all there stuff!

*The next Day*

"Morning Julia"

"Morning Sophie"

"I'm going down to the area, do you want to come?"

"Umm you go, I'll be down soon"

Sophie left and Julia sat and checked her messages and Facebook, then went down to the area.

There was  lots of people signing up for different things like singing, dancing, sports, art. Then Julia walked past a table and stopped to have a look!

" you interested in joining the school cheerleading team!We go to compete all year round in the British championships! We won in 2010!"one of the girls said

"Umm no I'm not much of a cheerleader but thanks anyways"

"Please most of the team graduated last year so we don't have enough on our team!" The other girl tried to convince Julia

"sorry but I just have no experience in cheerleading and have no intention of trying it"

Another girl walked over and looked at the sign and then turned to them.

Cheerleading, I used to do that when I was a kid! Sign me in" she said

They handed her a form to her and she filled it out then smiled and walked away.

"just for further notice the winning team gets £1000 "

" a thousand dollars" Julia said "your kidding me, right?

"Nope"

"Uhhhh" Julia groaned " I'm in!"

One of the girls smirked and handed Julia the form. She carefully filled it out, having to add her signature.She handed back the form and they nodded,she stood there and stared at them then walked away.She mumbled to herself with a worried expression on her face!
