Dog On A Leash

I need new friends...there's plenty of people here I just need to talk to them I guess...

Sitting on my bed. looking at my art. Bored. That about sums up my life right now.

"Need help friend?" I scream and stab the person with the sharp candy cane I was still holding, then I realized it's just Lucy.

Lucy looks at the candy and pulls it out. She licks, and bites the candy cane like nothing freaking happened.

"I just stabbed you." I remind her.

"Yeah, don't do it again." She giggles before chewing on the candy.

"Why aren't you dead." I ask calmly.

"You're so silly, you can't kill me sweetheart." She jumps up off the bed and looks around the room.

"Why not?" I get up and follow her.

Lucy rolls her eyes at me, "Because, silly."

"Because why..." I ask in curiosity.

She looks at me silently, just staring. I take this time to look at her. She has long black hair that comes down to her shoulders, bright red eyes, pretty red dress, black shoes, and a hair bow that looks like a bone with a red heart over it.

Lucy grins at me, "Like what you see?"

My face turns red and I look away.

"If you want to know what I am so badly I guess I could tell you, but I won't." She turns and continues to look around.

I sigh, "You said you're helping me, then help."

"Someone's a bit impatient aren't they?" She giggles again, "Alright sweetheart, at 2:32pm go out in the hallway and go left, just walk straight ahead till someone bumps into you. Specifically a girl with a bunch of books, she will drop them and all you have to do is help her." She looks at me, "The rest will be easy, understand?"

I nod, Lucy smiles at me before patting me on the head, "Good boy."

"I'm not a dog." I tell her.

"Are you? Dogs are obedient to their master and will attack on command, sounds like you, all you need now is a leash." She gets closer to me, I back away.

"That's not funny." I say unamused.

"I didn't say it was a joke sweetheart." Lucy sighs, "Well, I should be going now, oh and be sure to have more treats around here for next time I visit." She winks at me.

I walk past her and open the door for her, but when I turn around she's already gone.

Where the freak did she go!?

I look at the clock and see it's 2:31pm, closing the door behind me I stand there and wait a minute before turning to my left and walking down the hallway.

This is so stupid, why am I doing this?

I continue to walk, looking around and taking in my surroundings, unfortunately I didn't see the girl rushing down the hall, hands full of books. The girl runs right into me, the books scatter everywhere on the floor, I sigh before getting on my knees to help her pick them up. The girl frantically tries to pick them all up while throwing apologizes at a fast pace.

Standing up with a pile of books, I hand them over to her. The girl blushes, I roll my eyes and just take all the books from her, "Where are you going?" I try to say in a bored tone.

"Oh Um...I'm going to the main room, my sister is there...ya know...waiting for me." She says, pushing her glasses up at the end of her sentence.

I turn around and start walking, but of course I look back and see her standing there like an idiot, "Are you coming, or do I have to carry you too?"
