I squealed loudly as the door finally opened up! I had been waiting two hours for Pierce the veil's show and I couldn't wait to get inside! I fished my ticket out from my back pocket and produced it to the awaiting security guard who swiftly tore the stub off and returned it to me, ushering me in through the doors. I went straight for the middle of the slowly forming crowd, eager to find a place to watch the show as well as mosh a little!! I didn't have a bag because I was paranoid it would get stolen so I didn't have to worry about dropping things.

The crowd grew ever larger until eventually the whole floor was filled with hot sweaty bodies, ready for the show to start. The room was suddenly silent and Kellin Quinn bounded energetically onto the stage, followed by the rest of Sleeping With Sirens.

The forty minutes they played for went so fast, a lot of the crowd were singing along although I was quite disappointed at the lack of mosh pits, but we still had all night and up next? Pierce the fucking veil!!

I fidgeted uncomfortably in the crowd, willing time to go faster. Then in the corner of the stage I spied Jaime. Jaime Preciado. The. Jaime Preciado. My heart skipped a few beats before I remembered the letter hidden in my back pocket that I had written before the show.

My thoughts were quickly interrupted as I joined in a scream of delight from the crowd as Mike ran onstage, followed by Jaime and Tony and finally Vic. They wasted no time in starting the set, jumping straight in with Hell Above, which really got the crowd loosened up. Soon a large pit had formed in the middle of the floor, filled with eager moshers. As hell above ended, Vic greeted us all and spoke a little about the next song. Bulls in the Bronx.

The crowd flew back into action as Vic began to sing once again. I saw my chance and went into the pit, it had become more of a circle pit so I followed everyone else as they circled round, like vultures stalking prey.

It was amazing. The song was now in full swing and so was the pit. There was nothing that could stop it now. Then, the unthinkable happened. I stepped in a puddle of something and was brought down to the floor. I curled up as people trod on me. My stomach. My arms. My face.

I screamed out in pain, not that I could be heard over the crowd, but I screamed anyway. Movement quickly stopped as I was noticed and was scooped up in the arms of a complete stranger, who lifted me up on top of the crowd, instructing the crowd to get me to the front.

Hands were knocking heavily against my arms and legs, which were almost numb with pain now and the close I got to the front, the more my mind numbed with it. I finally felt the reassuring arms of a security guard lift me down from the crowd. I squirmed in his arms, pulling from my back pocket a small envelope which I held tightly in my hand. I was passed to another guard who carried me quickly down the length of the stage. As I passed the blurry figure I recognised as Jaime, I threw the envelope. Trying to focus on where it landed, but my head just wouldn't let me and my world went black.

I could hear a noise. It wasn't loud. In fact I could barely hear it. It sounded like a whistle, or a bell, I couldn't see or hear anything else so I tried to pinpoint the noise. As it became clearer, I could see a hazy light and recognised the noise as a heart beat machine used in hospitals.

I relaxed and allowed my senses to sharpen. Eventually I could hear clearly, I could hear voices now, one female, one male. As I lifted my head and opened my eyes I could see them both talking in the corner of the room. The male seemed very concerned about my condition but the female refused to tell him anything.

My eyes quickly adjusted to the light and I gasped for air quickly as I realised that the male voice was Jaime's!! They both looked at me and Jaime lost all interest in the nurse and rushed to my side.

'Hi, are you okay? How are you feeling?' He grabbed my hand with both of his, squeezing it reassuringly whilst looking at me with genuine concern in his glistening eyes.

I opened my mouth to answer but I choked on my words before they could leave my throat. I winced slightly at the pressure on my hand and breathed deeply before attempting to speak again. 'I- I'm fine, th-thanks. What are you doing h-here?' I finally managed to stutter out.

'I got your letter' he said, 'after all you had been through I felt I had to come meet you, I felt awful knowing you didn't even see the rest of the show'

'Wow' that's all I could say. Pathetic I know but when the perfect man is sat in front of you, what can you really say to them? I caught a glimpse of my reflection and bought my hand to my face, tracing a line kept together by stitches that ran across my cheek. My eyes welled up with tears.

'What's wrong' Jaime said quickly, leaning in towards me slightly more, 'are you okay? Please don't cry, it's okay'. As tears began to escape my eyes I could see pain in his eyes. He bought his hand up and wiped each one away as they fell.

A single tear managed to evade his hand and ran down into my mouth, the salty taste stinging my tongue. He hesitated for a minute, just staring at my lips, then he closed the gap and initiated a passionate kiss which seemed to last forever.

Finally he pulled back, then leaned in to my cheek, kissing the large cut on my cheek before whispering to me 'I still think you're beautiful'.
