The White Crosses...
Riku struggled against the restraints holding him down. His wrists were sliced by the leather and began to bleed.
With his heavy thrashing, and little space,it made it almost impossible for the doctors to continue their 'Handy-Work'.His eyes strained themselves to push open after several times of them wondering shut.
A group of six doctors-If you can call them that-gathered around him.Taking notes, working machines,or arranging the sharp utensils that would soon be used on the-so called- "patient". It seemed as if they refused to speak in a clear language to Riku,as he struggled to stay awake and stay himself. It sounded muffled,or almost like it was under deep water.Maybe he was in it.His eyes felt doused in thick salt-water,and his vision could easily be in the same condition if it were so.The numbness that held him tightly wouldn't allow him to know.
"The drugs.",a dark haired 'Doctor' had demanded from a frightened nurse. She was obviously new to the White Crosses.
The "White Crosses" is an comrade of The Black Order, especially during it's dark reign.W.C. had provided a fair amount of experiments to the Order. Many of them died soon after.Alas,it did not matter. The W.C. is cold-hearted and greedy.According to Riku.Although,Riku's opinion didn't matter. He was just another project at the whim of those operating on him now.His entire existence is to serve the Black Order and not become a nuisance.
"Be careful with him, men.",a very out of place voice demanded,"He is our most precious project yet."The proper woman grabbed a strange, and almost glowing, blue liquid.Shoving it into the still struggling Riku, she smiles,"The first of his kind."
The thick liquid moved unreasonably fast.In no time at all it had coursed it's way throughout Riku's circulatory system. His movements grew weaker and less frequent.Soon he lay unbearably still,as they push him through more drugs and pains of scalpels. It didn't take long for him to pass out from the pain.
...
When he awoke again it was in complete shock. He had no idea where he was,let alone why he was there in the first place. He looks around to see a private room-first class-on a nice train. He lays there alone, and can feel the bruises on him, along with the markings left from the restraints. They were now bandaged, but hurt more than they should have.
There laid a coffin-like suitcase next to Riku.It was slick black and bared a simple white cross.Just two simple lines. On this case, lay a note. With shaking hands,he lifted it to eye level.
"DEAR RIKU,
AN EXORCIST FROM THE BLACK ORDER WILL BE JOINING YOU SHORTLY.
HIS NAME IS KANDA,YUU.HE IS RATHER IMPORTANT,AND MAKING A BAD IMPRESSION WITH HIM COULD AFFECT OUR RELATIONS WITH THE BLACK ORDER.SO BEHAVE. HE SHOULD BE THERE AROUND MIDNIGHT,POSSIBLY ONE. TRY TO STAY WHERE YOU ARE,EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT BORE YOU,DON'T KILL ANYONE.BARE WITH IT UNTIL MR.KANDA ARRIVES.IF YOU SHOULD CAUSE MORE BLOODSHED,IT SHALL BE COMPENSATED WITH YOUR OWN.
INSTEAD OF BECOMING A COMPLETE BURDEN ON EVERYONE,TRY RESTING WHILE YOU CAN.IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED IF WE FIND YOU HAVE ONLY CAUSED PROBLEMS.THE RECENT OPERATION ON YOU TOOK MORE ENERGY THAN ACTUALLY NEEDED,THANKS TO WORTHLESS TRASH LIKE YOU.
YOU WILL BE DENIED FOOD UNTIL AFTER ONE IN THE MORNING,STRICTLY BECAUSE THE DRUG WILL BE OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM BY THEN.
DR.CARSON."
With a raised eyebrow,he crumpled the sheet of with and black before throwing it onto the clean carpet."Yeah, don't bug anyone.I get it.",he mumbled, feeling a slight sting at the order.
