{Age: 7}
My blue eyes fluttered open as I heard my parents talking.
"Oh, Emily sweetie, We were just about to wake you up. We're here!" My mom said.
I rubbed my eyes and opened the car door and got out.
"Mom" I said worried.
"Yes?" She asked.
"Where's Timothy?" I asked, tears forming in my eyes.
My mother looked around frantically and rushed over to my dad.
She whispered something in his ear and he pointed at a box.
She quickly ran over to the box and I sighed in relief when she pulled out a purple rabbit.
She gave me the rabbit and wiped away a couple of my tears that had escaped.
I squeezed my rabbit tight and sniffled.
Just then our new neighbor's came out and started to talk to my parents.
"Hey, we're having a party in a week. Would you like to come?" The woman asked.
My parents smiled and nodded.
"Your daughter can play with our son, Jackson, for a while" The man said.
My mom let go of my hand and motioned me towards their backyard.
"Hi, I'm Jack! What's your name?" The boy asked.
I played with the hem of my purple dress and replied, "Emily"
He smiled.
"That's cool, wanna play with my Pokémon cards?" He asked and held out a card.
I took the card and it was called "Squirtle".
An hour and a half later, I had to leave.
"Bye, Jacky!" I said and hugged him tight.
"Bye, Emi!" He said and hugged back.
After that, I went home to my room and sat on the floor.
I twirled the Pokémon card in my fingers and smiled.
I put it beside me and dozed off to sleep.
