I woke up, got dressed and ready for school. Today was going to be a good day. I hope. Today I will stand up to Harry. I will tell him no. I do not want to hang out after school today. I'm sorry, but I just don't feel comfortable. I smiled. I could do this. I needed to. He couldn't control me forever.

I was feeling good all morning, though first, second, and third period. Audrey and I walked to lunch again, and thn my good mood stopped. His usual table was empty. I desperately scanned my eyes across the cafeteria. No such luck. Where was he? Then I smiled. Maybe he was sick, which meant I couldn't hang out with him after school. Hallelujah.

The school day ended quietly. I was calm and relaxed, knowing he wouldn't have me today. As I packed my things out of my locker, ready to go home, I sighed. Today had gone better than I'd hoped. I zipped up my backpack and walked out the front of the school building. And there, leaning against his car waiting for me, was Harry.

     Oh no.
