Remus And Sirius' Wedding

Remus' P.O.V.

Todays the day. The big day. I'm terrified. We just graduated. This isn't happening. I paced around the living room of Mr. and Mrs. Potters' house with Lily and Peter sitting on the couch.

"Remus, calm down darling. It'll be alright."

"I can't calm down Lil. What if this is a mistake? What if he doesn't show up. What if I look like an idiot out there?"

"Remus Lupin! You love him don't you?"

"Of course."

"Then stop worrying. He loves you. He proposed didn't he?"

"Well yeah but-"

"No buts. You're marrying the love of your life. Be happy for once."

"You're right Lils. Thanks."

"Of course I'm right."

I stopped pacing and sat beside her on the couch waiting for Mr. Potter to let us know it was time. Time to walk into my future. Time for a future with Sirius.

Sirius' P.O.V.

This is it. I've waited years for this moment. For Remus.

"Hey Pads. You ready?"

"Course. It's Rem. I'll always be ready."

"Come on you love sick dog. Time to marry your wolf."

I smiled and left with James to wait for Remus at the end of the aisle. I couldn't wait to be married to him. I love him. So much. As I was thinking the music started playing and Remus walked down the aisle accompanied by Lily and Mr. Potter who were giving him away since his own parents had refused to see him married to me. Not that mine were much better. Anyway back to Remus. He looked beautiful. His hair fell perfectly and his eyes looked like melted honey. I wanted to kiss him. I couldn't wait until he was mine.

3rd person P.O.V.

"Dearly beloved we are here today to join two people in holy matramony. Do you have the vows." Both men nodded at Dumbledore who was overseeing their wedding.

"Okay. Let's get started then. Siruis?" Siruis cleared his throat then started speaking.

"Remus. Moony. I love you. I've loved you for a long time. Probably since second year when you stood up in the middle of potions class and yelled at me for adding something too soon and messing up your whole potion. I just didn't realize it yet. I promise I will stand by you. I promise I will love you more and more each day. I promise to hold you. To protect you. To never give up on you. I promise to dance with you. To bring you coffee and breakfast in bed. To take care of you. I promise to take you as you are and love every part of you. To never expect more than what you give me. I promise to give myself to you, body, heart, and soul. I am yours. Will you be mine?"

"Yes."

"Remus?"

"Siruis Black. Playboy. Heartbreaker. My best friend. You've been there through everything, and I can never express how greatful I am for that. You annoy me. You make me mad. You made me love you. You also make me happy. Really really happy. You accept me as I am. I'm yours. I promise to love you. To hold you. To care for you. To protect you from yourself and James. I promise to be there when you need me. To know when to push and when to hold on. I promise I'll never leave you. I love you too much Ri. I promise to stand by you, forever. Please stay with me forever."

"Yes. Of course Rem."

"Do you Sirius Black take Remus Lupin to be your lawfully wedded husband? To love and to hold. In sickness and health. Till death do you part?"

"I do."

" And do you Remus Lupin take Sirius Black to be your lawfully wedded husband? To love and to hold. In sickness and health. Till death do you part?"

"I do."

"Then by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and husband. You may kiss the groom."

Siruis pulled Remus close and kissed him breathless slidding his wedding ring onto his finger while Remus slid Siruis' onto his finger. They pulled apart smiling at each other before turning to face the crowd holding up their intertwined hands showing off their rings.

Sirius' P.O.V.

We were now at the reception having already had our first dance, and Remus was off dancing with Lily now while I finalized my plans with James and the band we had playing. After the song ended James took the mic getting everyones attention, while I went and got Remus pulling him onto the middle of the dance floor.

"What's going on Ri?"

"I have a suprise for you."

"Oh. Okay."

James handed me the mic as the band started playing a slow tempo and I started singing.

"You're insecure. Don't know what for. You always turn my head when you walk through the door. Can we fall? One more time? I'll be here by your side. No more fears. No more crying. But if you walk away I know I'll fade. 'Cause there's nobody else. It's gotta be you. Cause you've got that one thing. And that's what makes you beautiful.

Hold on to the feeling and don't let go. I wanna stay up all night and jump around until we see the sun. I wanna stay up all night and tell you, you're the one.

"I start to say I love you. But I make no sound. Come on head don't you fail me now. And it's everything about you. From the way that we touch baby to the way you kiss on me. I guess I like the way you smile with your eyes. Everyone can see it. But they don't know that it's all mine.

I finished the song and kneelt in front of Remus to find him crying.

"Rem? What's wrong baby?"

"N-nothing. That was beautiful. I love you. So much."

"Me too. Love you so much. Always."

He leaned forwards and pressed our lips together, ignoring all the cheers and wolf whistling from our friends in the crowd. I pulled away leaning my forehead against his and sighed content. My future was set. The man in front of me was my future.
