Jessenia's P.O.V
"Jessssss! Jess wake up. Jessenia." I felt my bed dip and hands on my shoulders. The hands stayed there for a few seconds then they started shaking me.
"JESS!" Whoever this is is going to get punched in the face pretty soon. I groaned "Whaaaaaat?"
"Hi." I turned to see my bestfriend grinning sheepishly at me. I glared at him, "Get out." He pouted "But," I grabbed a pillow and his eyes widened. "Okay okay, I'm leaving." His hands shot up in surrender and I giggled. He got up and walked backwards, "I'm leaving," he walked slower, "I'm almost out," I rolled my eyes at him and threw the pillow at him. "Geez so violent!" He yelled and pretended to cry. "Geez so dramatic!" I said with a really deep voice trying to sound like him. He stood there and stared at me and I stared back after a few seconds we both burst out laughing.
"So. Why are you here?" I asked him. "I'll just leave." He said wiping some fake tears away. He walked out my room and I stared waiting for him to come back and answer my question but he didn't.
"JEREMY ISAIAH! coooooome baaaaack!" I yelled. I didn't hear anything so I yelled again "Jeremy! Come on." I finally got an answer but I didn't want this answer. "I'm shitting! Chill woman!" I heard him yell from the bathroom down the hall. I scrunched up my nose and got up from bed. I stretched my arms out and yawned scratching my head. I probably look like a hobo right now, eh I shrugged my shoulders.
I walked to my bathroom and grabbed my toothbrush and rinsed it under the water, then I put toothpaste on it. Jeremy always tells me that's weird but.. it's not. Is it? I thought about it then shrugged and wet my toothbrush again then stuck it in my mouth. I brushed my teeth and spit it out, rinsing out my mouth. I washed my face and dried it on my towel, this was my daily routine of course.
I grabbed my phone from under my pillow and checked the time. 7:30 AM holy bananas! I'm late oh my god I'm late. I just stood there like an idiot.
"He- um are you okay?" Jeremy walked in and laughed at me. "No Jeremy! It's 7:30! We're going to be so late! Ugh!" I sighed rushing to my closet and picking some clothes out. A stripped thin turtle neckish kinda shirt, my black ripped jeans, and some black combat boots. I looked at Jeremy and he said "I know I know." and walked out. I quickly changed into my clothes and looked out the window, yay cloudy with a chance of cats and dogs. I grabbed my army green parka jacket and slipped it on, and stuck my phone in my back pocket. I put on some eyeliner, made it so sharp I could stab a bitch as my friend Louis would say, and some mascara really quick. I took my phone out and checked the time 7:45 AM. I widened my eyes and ran downstairs to where Jeremy had already made me a sandwich.
"Thanks Jer. Now let's go!" I rushed and grabbed my sandwich. He walked out the door with his keys in hand. I grabbed my keys and locked the door, I walked after him and opened the door to his car and threw my bag in there. I got in and started munching on my sandwich. Jeremy laughed and shook his head and drove us to school.
We got off the car, and walked in through the gates of hell. It was the first day of our last year. I sighed in relief knowing it was the last year but probably the most stressful. I walked to my new locker and shoved my books in there, it's the first day I doubt we'll use them today. I shut my locker and turned to Jeremy.
"Are you ready?" I asked and he shook his head and I laughed making him smile. Jeremy and I have been bestfriends since as long as I could remember. His mom and my mom were bestfriends and still are to this date, and when we were born they thought we'd grow up and get married but no. Jeremy is my brother and I'm his sister. Not by blood but you get what I mean. The bell rang snapping me from my thoughts. I walked to my first class which was english and sat at the very back. The class started filling in and I knew a few people in here. The tardy bell rang and the teacher stood up, clapping her hands once.
"Hello everyone, I am Mrs. Caza, we will be doing an activity to introduce yourselves. We'll start up here with this young man what's your name?" She blabbed on. The kid stood up and she went on and on with all the students. I was bored to death not even paying attention. Then the door opened and some guy I hadn't seen before walked in. This is a big school, but I don't think I would've missed that! He smirked at the attention he was getting from all the girls in here, I rolled my eyes at the girls. They were playing with their hair, batting their eyelashes, and pulling their shirts down showing their boobs, like they had any. I looked at the guy again he was dressed so simple yet so attractive. A white v-neck covered by a black jacket, black jeans and some white supras. He had piercings and usually I wouldn't find that attractive but he rocked them in a way. He had snake bites, an eyebrow piercing and gages that thankfully weren't so big. I could probably fit a pencil in there.
"In where?" I heard a deep voice, with an accent I can't think of what accent it is. "Huh what?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked to my right where the new guy was sitting, I guess we're going to sit together not that I'm complaining...hehe... "You said you could probably fit a pencil in there..." He said looking at me weirdly. He shook his head and turned away. I guess I talk out loud oops.
"Jeseseneeeya Vayanzela" The teacher called reading off her clipboard. "It's Jessenia Valenzuela, uh well I'm 17, I came here from Mexico when I was about one-" I got interrupted by someone "So you're illegal?" They asked "Uh.. yeah look at me. I'm too hot to be legal." I heard the kid next to me snickering. "So you jumped the border?" Someone else asked. I shrugged "Yeah I guess." "Enough, next. Neil Haron." The boy next to me spoke up, "It's Niall Horan," he said in a girly voice smirking at me. I rolled my eyes, "I'm 18, from Ireland." He said and sat down.
The bell rang, I grabbed my stuff and walked out of class. I heard girls giggling and whispering, they probably saw that Niall kid. I wouldn't blame them, he's a hot chunk of meat
