The trio exited the main hallway, grabbing their hoverboards and beggining to make their way across the screen floor to the 'We're Baked' bakery. Ahki smiles and slows to fly beside Kayzenne "So, its been a while whats new?" She asked, looking into Kayzenne's eyes intensely. "Not much, actually, I got a lot of new eBook gift money, got this new hoverboard, made the team. The usual." She said smiling, noticing Liall's disgust at the word 'eBook'.
They entered the Bakery, kicking up their hoverboards in unison, laughing all the way to a table. "You didn't!" Liall said, but not in that girly stupid way, in a funny, doubtful way. "Yeah! I did. He was all 'Young lady, that is inappropriate for school!" Said Kayzenne, sitting down and ordering a muffin unit from the touchscreen table. The world seemed to let out the breath it was holding as the friends fell back onto their old routines. All's well that ends well, they say, though this may not nested airily end well.
Kayzenne found out that Ahki and Liall were getting into old stuff, Ahki old technology and Liall paper books. Kayzenne found this bogus but pretended to have interest and not disgust in her friend's new interests. Kay's muffin unit arrived, and she split it into 3 and gave each person a third. It seemed that the world had created this trio to fit together perfectly.
Liall thanks Kay as Ahki nods, smiling gratefully. As they talk, they hardly notice the touchscreen on the table next to them bleep once, then darken.
