The sun rose over the city of London, cascading a pale yellow light over the frosty ground. A breath of wind sways the trees, shadowing the door of 221B Baker's Street. Inside, Sherlock Holmes was browsing through his e-mails, hoping for a case. It had been months since he'd had something to do. To Mrs Hudson's delight, he often passed time by playing his violin. She was his house mother, and had been so for a while. Months later, Sherlock still had no cases.

"Missing cat... Unknown phone number... Stalker... ." he sighed out loud as he scrolled through the e-mails. "It's all so boring!" he complained, closing his laptop.

"Maybe you should be happy there are no real problems." Mrs Hudson said as she walked in with a tray of tea. Sherlock turned to look at her.

"I can't have solved everything." Sherlock groaned. "Not even I'm that good!" he exclaimed. Mrs Hudson chuckled.

"I still admire your modesty." she said, then left the room with an empty tray. Sherlock walked over to his table where she'd left his tea. He took a sip then sat on his sofa

"Hmmm...is this what normal people do? Lay around? Doing no such thing but wasting minutes of the day?" Sherlock said folding his fingers together and they rested under his chin as he thought.

"It won't hurt you Sherlock." Mrs Hudson said passing by with a feather duster.

"What did I tell you Mrs Hudson? No dusting." He said looking at her.

"Oh Sherlock." Mrs Hudson started ,but was cut off by a knock at the door.

"Mail." Sherlock said closing his eyes.

Mrs Hudson shook her head and put away the duster and went downstairs.

"Sherlock! Sherlock! You've got a letter." Mrs Hudson said coming up the stairs, waving the letter.

"It's looks interesting." Mrs Hudson said with a big happy smile.

"Give it here." Sherlock said standing up and taking the letter.

The letter cover read:

To Sherlock Holmes of 221 B Baker Street in London , England.

"What is this?" Sherlock muttered as he turned it over and saw the red wax seal. He tore it off and unfolded the letter.

Dear Mr. Holmes

We need you to help us in a case at our school. A mysterious occurrence has happened here at Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft And Wizardry.

Sherlock threw the letter aside and grabbed his coat.

"Sherlock? Don't you need to read the rest of this?" Mrs Hudson said grabbing the letter off of the ground.

"No need. I've read enough." Sherlock said grabbing his scarf.

"But Sherlock....are you taking the case?" Mrs Hudson asked.

"Mrs Hudson..I'll need a suitcase packed with clothes within five minutes." Sherlock said buttoning his coat.

Mrs Hudson smiled and left the room.

"And Mrs Hudson?" Sherlock asked.

"Yes Sherlock?" Mrs Hudson asked picking her head out.

"I'm taking the case." Sherlock winked.

Mrs Hudson smiled and left the room once more.
