Ari's P.O.V
"Yea if you don't make us look bad again." Javier said. "I did not!" I clarified clenching the phone. "No but fr you did good, hopefully you don't bail on me." He said letting out a chuckle before getting serious. I didn't know what to say, but I also didn't want to make a promise I potentially couldn't have kept. Imos is fun. It seems like every job would be cool on the first day, we'll just see how it goes. "I won't" I said swallowing to remove the lump in my throat. I yawned accidentally. "Someone's tired " Javier stated. I finished my yawn before continuing." Not really but you know, I worked so hard" I said smartly. "Oh just wait until tomorrow." He said trying to scare me. "Yea what are you gonna do?" I said testing him. "Don't get yourself into a sticky situation youngin" he said. Just as I was about to speak, my bedroom door opened. I quickly turned. Revealing a sad Tré. "Umm I'm gonna have to call you back" I said. "Ok, goodnight pretty" Javier said before we ended the call.Pretty? That's all. I'm beautiful sweetheart. Nah I'm just messin."Who dropped u off?" Tré asked walking deeper into the room. "A friend , why?" I asked. "Jus wonderin. You not cheatin on me are u dawgs?" He asked. I laughed at how stupid this boy could be. He had a confused look on his face. "You really think I'd cheat on you?" I asked. "Know what, I think I'm gonna go to bed, goodnight" I said and walked away into the bedroom's bathroom. Why would he ask such a dumb question. I love him with all of me. Just because I make new friends that are attractive and funny and nice. Anyways. I would never. I'm just gonna take a nice hot shower and go to bed. I turned the handle before I lazily stripped off the articles of clothing that kept me fly today.
Tré's P.O.V

I asked if she was cheatin and she laughed. Idk if that was a good thing or a bad thing. Then she walked away before the convo ended. I gotta tell Ali bout this fam.I walked out the room runnin into Audrey when her ass jumpin around doing cartwheels. "Tré can you get me some ice cream?" She asked. "Why u can't get it yoself dawgs?" I asked already mad. "Nelly said I couldn't go get things without a big person" she said startin to whine. I let out a sigh before walkin downstairs to the kitchen wit her following closely behind. She sat at the island waitin. I got out a bowl, ice cream scoop, and the ice cream scoopin one scoop. I slapped it in the bowl and put it in front of her before running back upstairs in my room. I can't stop thinking about Ari cheating on me. First, rides home, talking onna phone at night, what's next? Her spendin the night at his brib!? Ain't happenin folk. I gotta get to the bottom of this. I slid my Adidas joggers off and hopped Inna bed. I'll talk to y'all later. Bout to try to get some sleep. Got some thinking to do.
*Next Morning*
Ari's P.O.V
It's 5:00 in the morning, I'm so tired. I grabbed my phone checking for any notifications. Seeing a message from Javier. " Rise and Grind, time to wake up and go get a pizza this money!" It read. I smiled. He's so corny. I pressed the power button sliding out of bed careful not to wake Aud. I wonder when Nelly is enrolling her into school. I grabbed my fresh outfit from the chair in the corner of the room putting everything on after taking off my pajamas. Nothing major. Some VS pink gray sweats and a gray Northface hoodie. IG I'll slide on my white Nike roshes too. Kinda feeling lazy-ish today. "Sissy?" Aud called out tired. I turned to her direction. "Yes?" I asked. "Where u going?" She asked still half sleep. "To work" I said and sat next to her on the bed. "I don't want u to go" she said barely keeping her eyes open. "I know baby, I'll be back, I love u" I said but she was already fast asleep as before. I walked to the mirror putting my hair into a topknot and grabbing my things putting them into a purse before walking downstairs. "I miss u too. I barely got any sleep last night, I need u to put me to sleep baby" I heard as I walked in the kitchen. Ew. I saw Nelly leaning against the counter, his back facing mine. "We can take a trip to Hustler Hollywood if u gon be a good girl, might have to give u a spankin, haha" he said. I cleared my throat and swallowed to rid of the vomit that was coming from hearing his convo. "Hey baby, I'll call u back. Yea big daddy got chu, hehe Gotta know DAT, aight baby" he said hanging up. "That was awkward" I said and laughed. "U ready baby girl?" He asked. I nodded before grabbing a banana from the counter eating away. "How was your first day?" He asked. "Good, I learned a lot" I said after swallowing the chewed up banana bit in my mouth. "Dope" he said. We walked out the front door and to the car. Day two. Imos. After the drive we pulled into the half full parking lot. "I'll let u know if I'll be back in time" he called out as I exited the car. "Ok," I said and walked to the back door. "BOO!" I heard as I started to knock. "Omg Javier why would u do that, you scared the fuck out of me" I said getting up off the ground wiping away at my butt. We went inside and walked down the hall. "Hey baby!" Cherile said hugging me.She's my fav already. Like a mom I've never had. Sharon has my heart of course. She just wasn't the perfect mother. "Hey" I said. Everyone seems to like me so far. "Ari, if you're gonna be an official Imos employee. You gotta wear this" Javier said holding up a uniform with my name on the green collared shirt. "Awwwn already. That was fast.I feel part of the team now" I said proud. "You are part of the team. And I kinda got it made when Nelly first contacted my dad. Anyway as a real first day. Welcome to the Imos squad" he added and opened his arms waiting for a hug. I jumped into his arms. "Thank you, thank you thank you, I really needed this" I said excited. "She fine AF nigga!" Ali said showin me some girl from Instagram. She aight. Ain't got nun on Ari tho. "Aye U know Dej and Durk got a new song together?" I asked. "Yea i jus aint listened to it yet,put that joint on!" He said. I went to YouTube and played it.
"Straight banger bro" Ali said. "Yea hella tough bout to be all hoes talk about" I said bobbin my head to the beat. Ari my beyonceeeee. I called Ali over cuz Iain wanna be home alone. With Audrey brazy ass. Audrey still Inna kitchen. "Aye what's takin yo Lil sister, daughter wateva u wanna call it so long?" Ali asked. Stink came back but Ari still ain't back. Where this girl be going? As soon as I was bout to text her the front door opened and Daddy walked in wit her following behind. U should get to cleanin. " I said and passed her up on the stairs goin to my room with a smile on my face. I'm not one to be petty. But let the games begin dawgs. And iain forgot about her cheatin.
