Introduction:
Leena Todd was an ‘average’ 16 year old girl, but she had some sort of…. high school super power with a scary cost. Yes, she knows it sounds stupid but it was true. It started when the most popular girl at her old school, Sophia Marson told her that she wasn’t the one that started the rumour that she was a fat loser. But Leena could see right through her cold, deceiving eyes that she was lying. Soon Sophia Marson was reported missing and has never been seen since. Leena could read people’s minds and do evil things, but she was slightly ashmed of it and never wnated to do it again. When Leena moved towns to a new school she is soon picked on for being different and is she soon is sick of crap and decides to get put her power to use and get revenge on all those who thought down of her!
Chapter 1:
Springville High had the most slutiest girls Leena had ever seen-lucky she wore her mini skirt today. The boys looked like they were on steroids and the teachers looked as if they were high most of the time. Perfect. The first girl who approached her was a student counsellor. . Leena assessed her: skirt knee length, long sleeved shirt and black polished shoes. Leena could see straight through her and what she was thinking-‘Oh, not another one! I wish this school would get some decent girls instead of sinners who ought to be pregnant by graduation’. Mary’s thoughts almost made Leena laugh. This is my chance to show my social standards Leena thought. “Honey, you missed the church-it’s a couple of streets back” Leena strutted away leaving Mary gobsmacked- but she said it loud enough so everyone could hear. Her first lesson was Biology. The sluttiest looking girl came up to her she had long blonde hair tied up in a ponytail with a short hot pink mini skirt and a blue singlet that showed her black bra and a gang of loyal followers. ‘Popular’ Leena thought. She looked straight into the girl’s eyes- ‘She seems cute…Potential backstabber, but I could always build up her confidence then embarrass her-seems fun!’. The girl gave a gleaming smile at Leena and approached her “Hi! You must be new- I think we’re going to be best friends!” suddenly the girl’s hot boyfriend was stroking her long blonde hair, then out of nowhere he pulled it out! “I hate you- you are so ugly!” and kissed Leena passionately.
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. The alarm clock interrupted her dream. “Uggghhhh!” Leena moaned. She reached over and switched her alarm off and looked at the time 7:45 “Crap!” she shouted and jumped to her feet. Leena ran for her closet and chucked on the nearest thing, picked up her heavy bag full of new school supplies and raced downstairs, grabbed a bag of chips and sprinted for the bus stop. She peered at her watch 7:55. The creak of the bus' break forced her to look up. Today, Leena had started her first day of Springville High. She really wanted it to go as planned like in her dream, but her baggy jeans, stained shirt and grubby converses didn’t really match her outfit in her dream. So she sat on the bus and enjoyed her chips for breakfast.
When she arrived at school, it looked nearly the same is in her dream! The sluty girls, the too big for their own good boys and the dopey teachers! English was Leena’s first class; it was actually her favourite subject. A sweet looking girl approached her, ‘A Mary?’ Leena thought. She stared into the girl’s eyes ‘Cool! A new girl’. Leena realised the girl seems nice. “Hay, watcha name?” the girl’s slang did not match her clothes! The girl’s thoughts were a bit if uncomfortableness ‘I wish I could take this crap off already!’ Leena was confused and told her the girl her name. “Wanna come to the bathroom with me?” the girl asked “sure” Leena replied. When they got there the girl changed into skinny jeans with a Scottish print and a black tank top and let her hair down. “Ummm?” Leena said. The girl chuckled and said “Religious parents who don’t approve of my style”. Leena smiled to show that she understood.
