Dan's POV
"Thanks for the ride Phil. See you at 4:00!" I got out of the car. "Take my number, I'll send you my address." I handed him my phone, he put in his number. "Bye!" Phil said as he drove.
I went back to my room. "Dan how was you first day of high school? Did you make any new friends?" She just seemed so excited asking me all these questions. "It was better than I expected it to be. And I made a new friend, his name is Phil!" She smiled at me "I'm so happy for you to finally make friends!" She said that because I used to get bullied in school a lot.
I went back into my room, and flunked myself on the bed. I was an amazing day! I checked Twitter on my phone and remembered that I have Phil's number so I can text him. I texted him:
From Dan: hey Phil it's me Dan, could you send your address to me so I can be there in an hour.
From Phil: yeah I will send it now.
From Dan: thanks Phil!
From Phil: your welcome Dan! ;)
Did he just send me a winky face!!?!!
From Dan: bye Phil, see you at your house. xx
From Phil: okay. xxx
I just love texting him, I need to pick some good clothes to wear.
I walk to my closet and pick out a white button-up and blue jeans.
I go and take a shower with a very manly scent. I get back and straighten my hair. I never dressed this much to go anywhere, it's weird how I'm trying to look good for Phil.
