JOE'S POV:
It took the taxi driver 3 hours to drive me to the airport, 3 HOURS! I launched the door open with anger and distress, all that was on my mind was Avery being with that revolting monster back in England. Without paying the driver, I started sprinting towards the terminal. I had no bags because that was just another thing to think about. Once I was through security and outside the gate, I had nowhere to sit, so I sat on the floor next to the window looking out onto the runway. I stared out for a minute, completely isolating myself from the calm, holiday makers and family. I took a deep breath... But I couldn't hold it in... The tears started pouring and next thing I knew I was wailing like a small child being taken away from its mother.
ABIGAIL'S POV:
I didn't know what to do! Even if Joe was on the plane right now, the flight wouldn't be over for hours! Did I go try and find my daughter? Did I ring a friend? Did I wait? The only thing I could think of was crying and that was not helping anyone. Suddenly there was a knock on the door. I froze. What if it was Quinton coming back for me...? *knock knock* there it was again but louder. But I couldn't move. I eventually pulled myself together and made my way to the front door and opened it slowly, but they impatiently took control of the door and without my brain processing anything their arms were around me. But this time in an embrace. A hug. Then a familia female voice yells
"WHAT THE F*CK HAPPENED"... It was Zoe!
JOE'S POV:
I had been sat with my head in my hands for a solid 20-30 minutes and I could feel all eyes glaring at me from above. I didn't care, I didn't care about anything but my family.
'I swear, if Quinton has done anything to my little girl, I am going, to ki...' My thoughts were suddenly interrupted by a firm grip to my shoulder. I jumped and raised my head to see who it was. It was Caspar and behind him stood Oli giving me a sympathetic look.
"It's all going to be alright Joe, as long we're all together" The South African's voice reassured me, and I sure hope he was right!
