Devon's P.O.V
Tomorrow is christmas and I still don't have presents for anyone and I am sure that Toni has a great present because everytime he tells me he can't wait till it is Christmas.
"Merry christmas eve everyone!" I said as I came downstairs and saw Toni and the twins Decorate the house, well Toni did more of the decorating Leo ate most of the decor and Lola just threw her teddy bear around the living room.
"Hey babe, where are you off to?" Toni asked looking at my clothing.
I was dressed in a white jersey with black skinny jeans and white fur boots that I got from Aiden it looked a little too girlish but hey it is snowing outside so it is freezing and I had on a black coat which I buttoned up.
"Nowhere I am going to go visit uhm uh Clara yeah I am going over to Clara's." I said giving him and the kids a little kiss.
"Oh well I am almost done here we can go with you?" Toni suggested and stood up.
"No you can't!" I yelled too soon and he looked at me suspiciously.
"She is uhhm uh having girl problems yes that is what she is having and I need to help her so bye!" I yelled ran to my car and drove off to the mall.
Phew next year I am starting the gift buying early.
I must have been to twenty different stores before I saw it standing in the glass window at the store across from me.
It was ivory white with a golden trim around it , I rushed into the store and ran my hands over it it was silky smooth the little stool that came with it was pure white and the cushion on top was white leather with golden beads inbedded in it, it was so soft it was as if I was sitting on a cloud.
"Hi sir how may I be of service?" The shop assistant said smiling at me snapping me out if my trance.
"I want this." I said rubbing my hands over the magnificent thing infront of me.
"Are you sure sir with all due respect it is quite expensive I can show you something that is a bit more affordable." He said motioning for me to follow him.
"No I want this money isn't a problem." I told him taking out my dad's gold card, he said I could use it for anything and this is it.
"Wow ok well then lets just handle the paper work and it is all yours." He said walking over to his desk and I followed.
"That is one heck of a christmas present sir, who is the lucky Guy?" He said smiling as he filled out the paperwork.
"How do you know I am gay?" I ask confused.
"Uhm those boots are from Sparkelz and it is a gay clothing brand I have them in black." He said pointing to the white fur boots on my feet.
"Oh ehehe, yeah I got them from a friend." I said laughing sheepishly.
"Well there we go everything is done we will deliver it in a few hours and I will personally deliver it." He said smiling after I paid.
"That is not neccessary you probably have somewhere to be tonight it is christmas eve after all." I said as he walked me out the store.
"Oh no I moved here recently so I have extra time on my hands see I don't have any friends at the moment." He said scratching his head shyly.
"Well then I insist you join us for dinner then uh-" I ask waiting for his name
"Donavan, and thank you that would be lovely." He said and stopped by the exit of the store.
"Ok Donavan see you there." I said smiling waving at the brown haired boy and I left to get some gifts for my mom and dad.
As I exit the jewelery store I spot Veroniqa at the store across me and I head in to talk to her.
"Uhm hey Veroniqa can we talk?" I asked her as she turned away from the clothing rack.
"I have nothing to say to you." She said not looking at me still browsing through the clothes.
"I just want to know what is going on with you we never fought like this before." I said stepping infront of her.
"Well there is a first time for everything, now get out of my way before I hurt you!" She growled at me and I stepped out of her way shocked at her words.
"Oh and tell Aiden he should watch his back, you never know what emerges out of the shadows of ones closets." She said and strutted her way out of the store her black hair bouncing as she walked.
Confused and stressed out I went home helped Toni , my Mom , my dad and the twins decorate the tree.
"Now who wants to put the star on?" My dad asked the twins and Lola giggled.
"I think we have a volunteer." My dad said picking up Lola and helped her put the gold star on the white christmas tree I took a photo of everything we had done and the participation.
"Now lets put on the lights!" Mom sqealed as she picked up Leo and turning on the lights.
The twins faces lighted up as they saw the beautifull colors the fairy lights made and I took a photo of their faces.
My dad embraced my mom and gave her a kiss.
Toni took my hands and kissed my cheek.
"You are so beautifull." He said embracing me.
We were interupted as the doorbell rang and I headed to the door where I met Donavan from the store.
"Hi I brought a bottle of cogniac and a bouqet of roses I did not know what else to bring." He said handing me the stuff and I placed them on the counter by the door.
"That is so sweet come on in and meet my family." I said smiling and escorting him into the next room.
"Hey everyone this is Donavan , I hope you guys don't mind I invited him to dinner." I said and introduced him to everyone.
"No there is plenty of food for everyone, just don't complain about my cooking!" My mom joked and headed to the kitchen and my dad set up another place by the table.
"So you must be the lucky guy who got the-" He started but I interupted.
"Yeah this is him." I said shushing him and he nodded as he got the picture.
"Got what?" Toni asked confused.
"Him." Donavan said looking me in the eyes.
"Yeah I am a very lucky guy." Toni said kissing the side of my head Laughing contently while I was looking at Donavan with a questioning look and he only smiled at me.
"Come now everyone before dinner gets cold!" My mom called us into the dining room.
As we head in I swore I felt Donavan groping my ass but when I looked back at him he continued chatting with Antonio laughing at their conversation.
Shrugging it off I placed the twins in their feeding chairs and as I bent down to pick up Lola's teddy I heard Donavan moaning this time he smiled at me and sat down by the table.
I rolled my eyes thinkimg that I am overeacting and joined the other by the table and after we said grace we dug into my mom's cooking and made jokes the whole night through.
Donavan left a few hours past midnight before he left we hid Toni's gift in the basement.
He thanked me for dinner and then he rode off.
Guess I imagined all that stuff from before.
