Harry's POV
"Damn she is hawt..." Exclaimed Danny. Lying on shores of Eagle beach,Aruba sipping Cocoa Berry Colada and hearing Danny's comment on every passing girl was pretty much boring!
I ordered an other shot and went to take a dip. When I returned, Danny was occupied with a blonde named Cindy. I nod towards her, gulp the newly arrived shot and went to my room.
I started reading the novel I left unfinished followed by a great slumber...
"ZZZ-Zzzz-ZZzzz-hngGGggh-Ppbhww- zZZzzzZZ . . ."I woke up with the sound of Danny snoring. I grabbed open the curtains which unveiled that it was quite dark outside. According to the planner, there must be a cocktail party going on. I jumped to the bed and shook Danny vigorously to wake him up. Eventually he gave up and woke up. He was annoyed but then thrilled at the idea of the cocktail party. Where there were girls, there was Danny. I was only going to get some free booze.
I washed myself and changed into a sleeved white shirt with a pair of jeans to go with it. Danny ruffled up my hair and soaked me in cologne. "Chicks dig the messy look" he exclaimed.
When we finally reached the lounge, after being late due to Danny's 'dressing up', the party was on with full swing.
I went searching for booze when my eyes fell on a girl. Her back was faced towards me but damn, she was hot...even though i hadn't seen her face yet. But priorities first - BOOZE!
"Harry,meet Vanessa!" Danny introduced me to a brunette girl! "Hello!" I said as i shook hands with her. God! I do wonder how he does it -' One girl for morning and another one for night!'
I ordered a Miami Vice and went to the dance floor. The whole place was crowded . My eyes went searching for that girl. Her dress was what had made her stand out! A black mid thigh dress with glow in the dark stripes across her back. Girls with those type of taste were my type.
I drank up the drink in my hand and went to the bar to try out new stuff like Aruba Ariba,Brown Lady,Shirley Temple, etc...
The commotion at the dance floor had died down. I searched for the girl but in vain. Maybe she would have left.
But I could say, I would meet her again. She is one of a kind.
