Nicki Pov
I woke up did my hygiene thing and got dressed(mm). It's my daughter's Monae first day of kindergarten.
As I'm walking to her room my phone starts to ring. Without looking at the caller I.d I answer.
"Yo nicki" the person on the other end said. I automatically knew who it was.
"What Robert ?" I said with an attitude.
He sighed,"what time should I come to the school?"
"Um be there in an hour I just woke up"I calmly said.
"Ard bye"
He hung up. I continued walking to Monae's room to see her already up and dressed.
"Morning mommy"she excitedly said.
"Morning babes did you shower ?"
"Yup"
"Brushed ya teeth?"
"Yes mommy and I put on lotion and I used your manajesty." I chuckled and nodded.
"Okay well sit down so I can do your hair." She sat in her chair and I grabbed a hair thing and put her hair in a bun. She got up quickly.
"Mommy is daddy gonna be there?"
"Yup but he's not gonna pick you up today okay nae?" She sighed and sadly nodded.
"Baby,daddy has to work a lot because he wants you to have nothing but best."
"Okay mommy can we go I really wanna see daddy." I nodded.

We entered the private school's parking lot and I parked and we got out.
We saw Meeks white Ferrari. He got out and Monae ran to him.
"Daddy I missed you so so much!"she squealed.
He chuckled and I smiled at their beautiful father daughter relationship.
"I missed you too and I have some good news."
"Spill it"
"Me and Papi are coming to get you later." She gasped and smiled.
"Yay you hear that mommy daddy will come and get me." I nodded and smiled.
"Well come on nae we have to go meet your teacher." I said and she ran to the doors. We rang the school bell and they let us in.
"Wow mommy this is mamazing."she said surprised.
"I know."the school was beautiful it had nice clean floors and it had a warm atmosphere. We walked her to her classroom and said our goodbyes and left.

I walked into the studio and the smell of weed hit my nose.
"Nicki !" Wayne said happily.
I chuckled ,"hey Wayne"
"Wayne ain't the only one here",Drake said.
"I'm sorry Hey y'all I'm just really tired." I explained.
"What that gotta do with us ?" Drake playfully said. Me and Drake just got back on good terms from a situation that will be figured out later.
"Boy don't get smacked" I said making everybody laugh. I walked over to the chair and sat down.
"So what we working on ?" I asked Wayne.
"Well I really don't know yet but this is not time to work it's time to chill." He said.
I wonder what my baby is doing she probably misses me.
As soon as that thought came to my head my phone started to ring it was my daughters school. I quickly answered.
"Hello is this Ms.Maraj ?"
"This is she."I nervously said.
"Well Monae hit a kid in the nose making it bleed and then she spit on the kid."
"Oh my god I am on my way now."
I hung up the phone.
"Y'all I'll be back with Monae so make the smell go away." I said.
" I thought she was in school ?" Wayne said.
"She is but something happened." I walked out the studio doors and drove to her school.
I walked into the school and went straight to the front desk.
"Hi can I help you?"
The lady seemed nice and calm but the lady that I talked to when Monae got registered was loud and ghetto.
"Yea I am here to pick up my daughter Monae Willams.
"Oh she's right back there in the principals office." She replied. I thanked her and walked to the principals office. I saw a crying Monae, Robert and , my mom.
"Monae what did you do?" I knew what she did I just wanted to see if she would lie to me.
"I hit the girl Fernay because she smacked me and she tried to take my pencil so I spit on her." She looked so innocent but I can't let her get away with what she did.
"Come on Monae lets go now you have to come to work with me." I sighed and replied because lord knows she loves the studio.
"Okay mommy." She brightened up.
"Hey mom I'm sorry this made you come all the way from the other side of the town....you too Robert."I said finally speaking to them.
"It's okay." They both said.
*skips to the studio*
As I walked in the studio I saw that rapper/singer August Alsina .. Can't lie but that man is mighty fine
"Hey guys" I said as me & Monae walked into the studio doors.
Everybody said hey except for August he just stared at me.
"Is there something you like ?" I kindly asked him.
He mumbled something under his breath then said "oh um my bad , but I'm August"
Oh I know 😏
"I'm Nicki"
"Maybe we can hang out sometimes"
"Maybe"
After our little conversation I noticed that Monae had already sat down & all eyes were on us
"So guys I'm just gonna go now cause you know I have other things to do", I said .
"Like hang with August" , Wayne said .
