Chapter 2- Invitation

Unknown time and Unknown place

Beyond the woods rises the story of life. Sunlight began to shine across the trees. Birds flapped their little wings and began to find their food. The other animals are waking up and began their daily duties. These, is the beauty of nature.

"Tag, you're it!" followed by children's laughter. Sound of sweeping bush is heard continuously.

"Come on, you guys! We're on a mission, remember?" The brown haired boy reminded. "Fine! Whatever you say ......" The running eight year old boy muttered. "You won't tell master right?" He narrowed his eyes pleaded. "Well, it depends on your workings..." "Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!"

The golden haired boy started running again. "Hey, Theodore! Wait for us!" The five other teammates yelled and chased after him.

Alzack's POV

"Honey, are you sure this is the right place?" "Well...I'm just following the paper..." I replied my beautiful wife, Bisca Connel, with an uncertain tone. I looked at the piece of funny looking paper I'm holding, hoping to find any clue.

"Mommy, daddy, are we going inside the woods?" My adorable 8 year old daughter Asuka stared innocently at us. We then stand helplessly in front of this huge hectare of forest.

It all started yesterday......

"Daddy! You're a cow!" "Oh yeah? Moo~" I'm playing along with my daughter, as always, pretending a cow and crawling around in both of my hands and legs.

" My lovely cowboys, breakfast is ready!" Bisca called as she chuckles at my foolish horse neighing.

"Ding~Dong~~" The door bell rings as Asuka running towards the kitchen excitedly. I get to the door and find nothing. Then I noticed a small grey card lying on the door map.I picked it up and find it seems to be an invitation card. But it's puzzle-shape like.

"Hey yo! "Someone's greeting pulls me back to reality. I wonder who's that to be in such isolated place like we did. And when I mean isolated, it's deserted and far till we have to spend two hours sitting in the magic vehicle.

"Patherlily! " Asuka exclaimed while hugging the black exceed.

Wait.

What?

Pantherlily is here?

Gajeel's POV

Finally! After hours of journey, we finally found a single human being!

Darn it! My head still hurts from the car trekking a half an hour ago. What? I have motion sickness but at least I'm not as sick as the stupid Natsu!

Speaking of which, where did he go exactly? I should go and find him someday. What? Don't get me wrong alright? I want to have a rematch with him cuz I'm still not losing to that flame brain!

Gi hi hi hi......Can't wait to watch him begging for forgiveness!

"Gajeel? Levy?" Oh yeah. Someone's here.

"Bisca! Alzack! It's good to see you here!"

I snapped out from my thoughts just to see shrimp running towards those guys we just found. So, Bisca and Alzack are here then?

" What brings you here, Gajeel?" Alzack asks as the girls hugging each other while Asuka hugging Pantherlily as tightly as possible.

"Aren't you the same?" I replied while pointing the piece of weird looking paper. It's shape is pretty funny if you ask me.
