Ok so my name is James and I'm telling you this just in case I DIE.

There is a guy in my house with a knife I'm home alone because my sister is at her girlfriends house and mom is at the store ........ I go to grab my moms 9m.m. Behind the headboard but I knocked something over and he herd .

Omg my mom just pulled up and he quickly moves by the front door with a knife. I grab the gun and point it at the guy, I tell him to put the knife down. He slowly puts the knife down and right as i looked away he RUNS for me with the knife and trys to hurt me if not KILL me.

I panic and shoot him in the leg and he is down ...my mom walks in and she screams and I tell her to call 911.

just as she walks by the masked man he grabs her and puts the knife to her throat. He tells me to put the gun downbut I don't With all my experience that I have with a gun (not that much)I shoot him in the arm and the bullit gets my mom in the shoulder.

When the guy is on the ground I run over and hit the guy in the face with the gun .now I can call the cops without worrying about this guy hurting my mom.my voice is really raspy at this point from yelling. They come and get the guy with my mom .she needs medical treatment and and so does the guy but they take him to a different hospital.

After three months my mom was able to take off her cast today.
