Dan's POV

I walked down the street from Phil's house, I already miss him. I never knew this all would happen in a day. After I reached home, my mom said "Where were you dear?" "I was at Phil's house mum. I ate pizza there so I will skip dinner." I walk into my room and was going to work on some homework, until my phone rings. "Hey Dan, it's Phil here, did you reach home? it's been long. I told you to call me once you reach. I was worried." he spoke a bit loudly on the phone.

"I'm fine Phil, I was busy talking to my mum and working on my homework. I'm so sorry Phil you don't have to worry bout me okay?"

"How will I not worry about you, now that you are my boyfriend!"

I hear my mum calling me downstairs "Phil I need to go is calling me. I love you. Take care Philly!"

"Bye Danny, I love you too! See you tomorrow!"

I hung up, and went downstairs my mum was watching 'Doctor Who', she has this weird addiction to this show. "Hey mum!" I said cheerfully. "Hey Dan, whom were you talking to on the phone?"

"I was talking to Phil." I said. "How was your first day at school? Did you make any friends?"

"It was kinda better than I expected, and no i haven't made any friends yet, except Phil."

"Is he in your class?"

"No, mum he is a senior."

"Oh okay. Do you think about getting a girlfriend? You are in high school now!"

I was literally shaking, I didn't know how to tell her that I'm gay and that Phil is my boyfriend.

"Dan what's wrong dear?" She asked very calmy.

"Mum can I tell you something?"

"Dan you know that you can tell me anything right?"

"Mum, I'm gay." yes I said it.

"That's okay dear, it's okay to be gay. I'm proud that you had the courage to come out to me! I'm really happy for you!"

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I just really love my mom!

"Dan? Do you plan on getting a boyfriend?"

"Mum, I already have one! It's Phil."

"Oh dear! I would like to meet him tomorrow!"

"Yeah, sure mum! I'm going to bed now. Goodnight!"

"Goodnight darling!"

I had to get Phil to meet my mum tomorrow.
