This was the first fucking thing I heard her say before everything spiraled out of control. Shitty first impression right? That's what I thought as well.

Okay, so I guess you are wondering what on earth is happening. Well, that's just it; I don't really know yet. This happened three weeks before I lost what little understanding I had with reality. Like, major Twilight, and Dracula shit.

I'm Annabeth and all I wanted was to get through the hell hole that is high school no further questions asked. Although, I am going to miss the attention I receive from people. (Explain why later) But, I try to steer away from the loners that are constantly trying to get wasted, get high, and get laid. That's high school right? Don't get me wrong, the best part about high school is that the hormones are raging in everyone, which makes most the girls here fucking smoking. Me? I was blessed with this as well. Short brown hair, freckles and blue-green eyes. Not to mention fucking toned, and i worked hard for the fact. What's next? Am I on the softball team? Yes, I am and I'm hella good at it. It gets me the ladies' attention.

Getting back to the point, who names their child Ophelia? What is this, Hamlet? Her name, just on its own, is a definite turn off. I can see Mr. Brown (typical teacher name) point to the empty seat next to me. This little shit. It's empty for a reason, smart ass. I glare at her as she over confidently walks to her new placement. 'Here comes Ophy.'

"I believe Lia would be a better nickname for me if you so choose to give me one." She says to me, leaning slightly towards me. Her eyes gleam brownish gold. Wait why the fuck am I looking in her eyes. This bitch. She smirks my way as she turns around; black hair wavering slightly. Her skin is perfectly pale and it suits her well. I'm jealous. I'm serious. Who has a HOTASS daughter and names them such a shitty name? Lia suits her anyway.

Let's just get through the rest of Senior year without Ophy over here making me want to slam some tables.
