I decide to sit down on the bed in the corner. I crawled up into a ball and cried. I let all of my emotions and memories flushed out of my eyes. Pouring out in different amounts. I then managed to fall asleep.
I woke by a loud click then a lady walked in, she was dressed in a long black dress. I think when i was stuck in my room all those years, I read something about things like this, she must be a nun. I looked up at her as she was holding up a bible. "Hello mrs. would you like to ever come down to the chapel and prey with us?" the old lady asked with a welcoming smile on her face. "No thanks, i'm not religious" I said. The smile quickly turned into a frown, then shot me a glance before walking out again.
I then sat up and placed my knees to my chest and sobbed quietly. I sat there for at least and hour before hearing the loud buzzer of my door opening again. It was a nurse or therapist or something. She came in with a chair and took a seat in front of my bed. "Hello my name is Angelica, and you are?" she asked with a faked smile. "don't you have my papers? you should know" i said unenthusiastically.
"Alright Annie, no need to be rude" she said as the smile slowly creeped of her face. "okay, since your here, why am i stuck in this room, can i at least have a book or something?" i ask raising my eyebrows. "well, we have gone to your house and collected many of your things, like books clothes and other things you might want" she said. I smiled for the first time since I got there. She typed something on her work i pad then the loud buzz happened again. The brought in 3 boxes, two with all my clothes, even the ones i had bought at the mall before coming. The biggest filled with lots of things like paper, pencils and pens, books and old family photos.
I thanked them and the grabbed a ket and opened what looked like a closet thing. They told me it fold all my clothes and put them in the closet. i nodded and i was once again alone. I walked over to the box with all the good stuff. I got out the paper and pencils and put them on the table thing across from my bed, i then stacked the books on the shelf above my bed. I then got out the last three things in the box, it was family photos of me and my mom and dad and another one of my first and only family reunion and the last was my first day of school that wasn't home school, it was the day i found out about the curse. Im still don't sure what it is, i always just call it a curse.
