I don't even know where to start. I mean, Hey stranger reading the story of my life, hope you weren't expecting some chick flick where the girl gets the guy, the savage girl gets her karma, and everyone lives happily ever after. It's what we all want, I know. It's what I wanted, 'till I realized that wasn't about to happen. I guess I'll start with my freshman year, because it went downhill from there.
Freshmen year, that was a good one. If you think people don't change that much, my freshman year will shut that idea down. I started off pretty quiet and shy, but happy about it. Where are my manners, you don't even know who I am, sorry. Faith Winston. Like I said, I change a bit in this story, so I can't tell you much about me. Except I've always been tall. No seriously, I'm a giant, like there's one girl taller than me. And laugh if you want, but I'm a farmer. I live on a farm with farm animals. Goats (my favorite), horses, pigs, cows, sheep, chickens. I don't act like one yet, but trust me, it'll show later. Another important thing, my parents, super religious. Very much are they Christians. I am too, but you need to know they are. They're super strict about grades, and well everything. For instance, the other day I got yelled at for saying stupid too much. I'm 16, a sophomore, and I can't say stupid. I think that's stupid. Back to freshman Faith, like I said she's quiet, shy, but happy. She has kind of long dark brown hair, and wears glasses. She doesn't wear make up, she's not ugly though. She doesn't stand out. She was most definitely a wallflower. She liked nerdy stuff like Doctor Who and Harry Potter. She was really smart, not the smartest, but still very bright. Her best friend was Ana Kiposky. Ana was extremely skinny, and pretty. She had long, blonde hair. She wore glasses as well. Ana and Freshman Faith really were best friends.
So school starts in like August. Bear with me, these first few months are when all the juicy stuff happens. I remember lunch vividly. My nightmare, because hello, I was shy, I was nervous about it. But i had lunch with Ana, so everything was okay. Surprise, guess who else had lunch with us! Ana's boyfriend, Alex. I was happy for them, they were really in love. It's just that i liked him, end of eighth grade year. I was over it though. Or i thought i was. Alex was attractive in a mysterious, dark way. He's super tall as well, and has these blue eyes you could get lost in. He was a wallflower too. We all were. Like I said, I was happy for them, but all they ever did was make out. It was disgusting. Before lunch, during lunch, after lunch. Make out. Hard core, swallowing each other's faces. I'll let you in on a secret, at this point, I'd never kiss anyone. Almost 15, and had zero kissing, zero boyfriends. I was the most virgin a virgin could be. So i was a bit uncomfortable with this kissing thing. That was basically August.
Low September came. "As the seasons change, so do I" I wrote that. In September, all the leaves change, then fall, then die. And that is what happened to Freshman Faith.
