My Middle School Life❤️

Chapter 1: 1st day of school!

"Donna, Jon, Vic, it's time to get up!" My real name is Veronica but my family calls me Vic or Vicki! It was my sisters first day of high school my brothers second year of middle school and my first year of middle school! With my stomach in a knot I got up! Here's a little back round, in 5th grade I was popular because all the popular kids were in my class! So I wasn't able to hang out with anyone else but the popular kids in my class! But my bestfriend was Haleigh and she wasn't very popular! The only time we saw each other was at phys ed!
Anyways I was a little scared because my mom wanted to leave early from orientation! I had no clue where any of my classes were except my chorus class because that class had my favorite teacher from past years in it! Once I was finally awake I checked my phone, went on Instagram and snapchat and saw many pictures of people saying many 1st day of school things!
After I checked my phone I was ready to take a shower! I used a very nice shampoo and conditioner which made my hair smell fruity and made my hair soft! After my shower I wrapped my hair in the towel and got in my school uniform. I wore a black polo with the school logo on it and khaki shorts with a brown belt. I wore my brand new Gray vans with pink laces on them!
I decided since I was in middle school I would start wearing make up like my older sister Donna did! So I put dark black cream eyeliner on my waterline, I put gold eyeshadow with light brown shimmery eyeshadow in the crease and I curled my eyelashes and put mascara on them. My dark brown eyes now popped out a lot and I was ready for school!
Except I forgot to do my hair! So I took it out of the towel I threw the towel on my bed and I took my wet brush (which is a hairbrush that you use when your hair is wet), I brushed through my soft hair and finally I was finished with my hair I kind of just left it down!
I ate breakfast which was little bites there just muffins and then I made my lunch. On two different pieces of bread I put Nutella on one and peanut butter on the other I smashed the two together and placed it in a quart sized zip lock bag. Then I took chips which were probably Doritos and I took a pack of gummies and also a capri son! Once I was done I put it in a lunchbag and I was ready to head to the bus stop!
I grabbed my book bag which was blue and made by Jansport and my brother came with me so I grabbed my lunch box and my phone and I headed out! As we were walking I had little butterflies in my stomach I was so nervous to get to school! Once I finally got to the bus stop, which was about a mile away from my house, my brother and I got on the bus!
From second grade to fifth grade I had one friend on the bus her name is Sophia! She and I were really close but we weren't best friends if you know what I mean! She went to a different school then I did but we still got to see each other a lot because she lived very close to me! On the bus we were talking about our summer and how nervous we are for middle school to appear!
I finally reached my school and that was when my stomach really started to hurt but it was like a good hurt because
I was excited to be seeing all of my friends from last year! Jaedyn symone and Haleigh were the ones I was mostly excited about seeing! Haleigh gave me a huge hug but jaedyn, and Symone ignored me! I was confused! Finally the bell rung and it was time to go to 1st period!
I reached chorus and my favourite teacher is there! Ms. Wilcox loved me and I was like her teacher pet! The only thing that I did not like about first period and a second period was that my brother was in those two classes! But good thing he sat at the other side of the room! On the first day of school nobody really talked to me except for a girl named Christine and a girl named McKenzie!
In first and second period those two were both in my chorus classes. Some of the kids like seven of them left the class to go to second-period because they failed the end of the school year
test that everybody had to do. So while we were learning chorus they had to learn boring school work and I felt bad but they did it to themselves so I didn't really care.
Finally it was third period and so I looked at my schedule and saw that I had to do dance with Mrs. Mills! It was kind of fun but I never really danced except for fifth grade but I wasn't very good at dancing so I was a little bit nervous! I did not have any friends in that class for the first day of school so we just learned about the classroom procedures which meant I didn't exactly need a friend!
It was fourth period when we were allowed to choose our seats for history with Mr. Dill! He was really funny but I had no where to sit and I felt lonely! So I decided to just sit at the table where there was a girl named Lindsey Emily ,Kayla, and Jenna C. Last year I was mean to all four of those girls so none of them liked me I felt! I asked may I sit here and Emily gave me the worst look the stinky eye!
In class I was trying to do my work but Lindsey and Emily were playing with their whole punchers that they got for school. I was getting bored so I just watched them play with their hole punches! Immediately Emily became my friend we talked a lot and I was excited to actually have a friend in sixth grade that wasn't Haleigh!
Finally it was fifth period where I had science with Mrs. Doyne! I forgot to mention that in 5th period I kept looking at a boy that I've known since kindergarten! Every time he looked at me I would look at him and then we would both look away pretty much at the same time! I don't know if he could tell I was looking at him but I was because he was really really cute! He was also in my fifth period it was like he was following me or my imagination was just going off!
I couldn't focus in science I just liked him! But if you looked at me compared to him you would not see a girl like me with a guy like him! There's no way I kept telling myself it brought me down a little! It was time for lunch! I sat by Haleigh, and we talked a lot!
It was 6th period and Haleigh and I walked to class together. It turned out that Emily was also in that class! I had mrs. Jenkins which was our language arts teacher! She allowed us to sit wherever we wanted! So I went over to sit by Emily and Haleigh followed me! They became friends and I was friends with both of them and we were the 3 musketeers! But soon me and Emily started talking to each other more than we were talking to Haleigh. She was now the 3rd wheel!
We all looked at each other's schedule and it turned out that Haleigh and I only had 6th period together but Emily and I had 4th, 6th and 7th period together! We were super excited! So then we walked together to get to class! Finally we reached seventh period and we had 3-D art with Mrs Power! We started creating our portfolios in which we would put all of our drawings in them! Emily and I were talking instead of working and Mrs power was super "excited" to have us in her class!
It was finally 8th period which was math with Mr. Parenti and he played around a lot so we got no work done! But he was cool! Symone was in that class along with several others but she was like my only friend in there! I couldn't focus at all because I kept thinking about the boy I liked! It killed me inside but I tried to be calm about it! I saw him staring at me and that's all I could think about until... "Ring ring ring.." The bell finally rang!
   It was time to go home and get my mind off of things! I gathered all of my stuff in my back pack and it was time to go to the bus area!
   At the bus area I sat on the bench besides some new kids and we talked for a while. That's when I saw "him"!!! I was having butterflies in my stomach like CRAZY!! He was sitting by Jaedyn my ex-friend and I thought to myself "I should go over there and introduce myself to him but say hi to jaedyn but make it look like I didn't come there for him but what if he's mean, what if he thinks I'm ugly?!" I stayed but jaedyn came over by ME!
    She and I talked for a little and the question came out! She asked "WHO DO YOU LIKE?"... My mind went blank, I said no one but my entire face was red! She said your blushing,.. Tell me who you like! I told her " you see that guy over there, well yeah him!" She said "you like him?!" Then she said we'd be cute together! Finally my bus came and I was shaking, red, nervous, and a little bit excited! I was happy because "he" didn't come over to sit by jaedyn and I!
   I stumbled on to the bus on seat #22 and sat patiently waiting to get to Sophia's school to tell her how my day went! She happily walked in to the bus and she said "oh my gosh, you would not believe how my day went!" She went on and on and on and I felt like she added a couple things in there and I never got to tell her about the guy I liked!
   I said to myself "I can tell her on the walk home!" She didn't finish her story by the time we reached the bus stop and I thought "when can I talk!?" We walked off the bus and she KEPT TELLING HER STORY! It was getting on my last nerve and I was upset! So I said can I tell you something before we go our separate ways? She said sure! I said "I like..." That's when we reached our destinations!
   Uuhhhhhgggghgghg I was mad! But he was my first crush so I didn't care that I wasn't able to tell Sophia who I liked! Once I got home my mom asked me if I had homework and I said "nope"! I reached my bedroom, went on Instagram, and kept thinking about "him"!
   It was time for dinner and he left my head! Then I ate dinner, took a shower, brushed my hair and teeth, and went to sleep! It was time to clear my mind and start a new day!
