Just Friends

There I was, sitting in my apartment with Andrea and Kian, wishing I had that same love. I began to think about who I really do love. I love Sam, but he's more of a little brother to me. I love Connor, but I would rather stay friends. I finally thought of Jc. We've been friends for over 2 years now, and I've always felt something special when I'm around him. I just don't think he feels the same way. I tried to stop thinking about it, and I started to edit my new main channel video. Then all of a sudden, I hear the doorbell. I knew Andrea wasn't going to get it when she was hanging out with Kian, so I got out of bed, took my headphones off, and walked to the door. I opened the door, and there Jc stood with my favorite, Panera. I gave him a big hug, jokingly apologized for my appearance, and welcomed him in.
"I've been thinking about you all day, Jenn. I thought you might have been bored with Andrea and Kian, and frankly, I was bored too. So I decided to come and hang out."
So there we spent the night, eating our Panera, talking, and watching a new movie. As the movie came to an end, I walked him out to his car.
" I had the best night tonight, Jc."
"Me too, hope we can do it again soon." He said as he gave me a quick kiss on the cheek. He then drove back to his house along with Kian. I walked back into my apartment, changed into my pajamas, and went to the kitchen to get some tea. Andrea ran up to me saying," Tell me everything. Did you kiss? What did you do? Are you boyfriend and girlfriend yet?" I  cut Andrea off and told her that I would tell her in the morning. Andrea said laughing, "Okay fine, but in the morning I expect a full detailed story! Goodnight Jenn." I laid in my bed just thinking about the whole night.
He means the world to me, and sometimes, I just wonder what I am to him.
