Picture is Crystal before piercings and what not, cover is Crystal after piercings and what not. This story sucks ass but it's a request story so yeah. Enjoy.

~Crystals P.O.V.~

"No crystal I have made up my mind." My mom said sternly. A tear rolled down my face as the anger built up inside me. She had to let me go. I refused to let this opportunity slip. It meant the whole world to me. "BUT MOM THEY ARE MY IDOLS!" I screamed in panic. Her face held pure disgust. "I don't know why. These lyrics are absolutely horrific! What kind of mother would I be if I let you go to this?!?" She yelled back. I didn't care what she thought about the music. There's more to the band than the music. They are people to. "The kind that wants to make her daughter happy!" I stated. She rolled her eyes and pointed to her phone. "This isn't the kind of stuff that should make you happy" She sighed. On her screen staring back at me was a picture of my two favorite people. Dahvie Vanity and Jayy Von Monroe. My mother had agreed to let me go to a concert in a few days without doing research on the band. Well now last minute she decided to look into it. Of course I'm not allowed to go anymore. The things I actually look forward to never work out. I should've seen this coming. I screamed and ran up the stairs, slamming my bedroom door hard. I went over to my laptop and blasted You Done Goofed by BOTDF. It's the one song that holds every emotion. It has sadness and anger. It even has a little happiness. It's my number one favorite song. I sang along to the lyrics and let my tears fall. I was curled up on my bed sobbing into my knees with my song on repeat. If I didn't manage to go to the concert it would be the death of me. No bands ever come to my town. We are very unpopular so the fact that BOTDF was coming here was a once in a life time opportunity.
I got out my phone and went on Facebook. I'm tired of it. I'm done worrying about everyone else and making everyone else happy. Y'all can shut the hell up. I am SGTC proud and I'm tired of everyone judging me for it! I posted. Instantly it got a few likes. My mom has been controlling my whole life and now I'm ready to take over. I am tired of dressing how she wants and acting how she wants. So what if I like bands and being different. What's so bad about being unique?!? I grabbed my purse and shoved my phone back in my pocket. I looked around my light pink room and blew a kiss. I won't miss this place one bit. I laughed to myself and I walked down the stairs. My mom was sitting on the couch. She raised her eyebrows at me as I started to walk out the door.
"Where exactly do you think you're going?" She asked. She sounded amused. It made me want to rip her head off and feed it to a pack of angry wolves. I faked a smile and gave her a daring glance. "Well mother I'm going to go buy some clothes for the concert" I laughed. She glared and rested one hand on her hip. Hate was obvious in her eyes. Probably not as obvious as it was in mine though. I literally hated every inch of that woman. All she does is ruin my life. I know that sounds like the typical drama filled teenager but you have no idea what this disgrace of a human has put me through. "I don't think you will be going anywhere ESPECIALLY not the concert" She growled. I laughed and finished walking out the front door. The door was slammed shut before she could react and I ran over to my crappy BMW and hopped in. I'm finally standing up to my mom. This should've been done a long arse time ago to be honest. As the engine started she burst through the front door. Her fist throwing into the air as I pulled out of the driveway. Her lips were moving and her face was red from yelling but I couldn't hear anything. A smile threatened my lips as Xx3 started blaring through my speakers. I was more than ready to be who I actually wanted to be.
-------
I looked in the mirror of my dressing room. The clothes looked so pretty on me. For once in my life I felt OK in my own skin. The half and half checkered and black skinny jeans felt like they were molded to my body. My black Tshirt with tye dye lettering that said 'Let's Get Weird' hung a little loose but looked hella cute. I nodded at the perfection and exited the dressing room of HotTopic. I grabbed some accessories and made my way to the check out. The guy working smiled at me as he rang up my clothes. He grabbed one the BOTDF shirts I had picked out and his smile grew wider. "You know they are having a concert here on Wednesday" He beamed. I nodded and squealed slightly. "I know I'm so excited!" He rang up another shirt and nodded. "Same. Maybe I'll see you there" He looked at me. I nodded as he finished with my items. He handed me the bag and I waved awkwardly before exiting the store. I started to just look around other stores and do anything to put off going home. Maybe I could crash with a friend or something. I pulled out my phone and texted a few people.
Hey can I crash with someone? Mother problems.... -Sent to Bailie, Alyssa, Andy, Miya
I waited for a response from any of my friends. If none of them could make it work I would probably just walk around Walmart all night long. It wouldn't be the first time I had done something like that.
Mum said you can crash here ~Bailie~
I sighed in relief. Bailie is my number one best friend and her mom is the mother I never had. I could always count on her when it came to stuff like this. With my plan starting to be set in place I walked around a little more. I went into a tattoo and piercing shop. It was time I defied my mother in every aspect possible. One of the ladies working greeted me as I looked around. I wasn't even sure what I wanted. "What can I get you dear?" The same girl that greeted me asked. I shrugged slightly. Her smile brightened and she tilted her head side ways. "Septum." She stated. I furrowed my eyebrows and started to touch my nose out of habit. "Trust me doll it would look amazing on you" she continued. "Alright." I nodded. She clapped her hands together and smiled brightly. She lead me to a little room where she had me sit down as she got the utensils ready. I closed my eyes tightly as she began. It wasn't until the black loop was in my nose already that I felt anything. "All done girly" She patted my shoulder. I opened my eyes to a mirror in my face. The black loop wasn't connected and had balls on the end (THATS WHUT SHE SAID) I squealed slightly and thanked her before paying and leaving. I texted Bailie and asked if she was home.
Yup come on over seester
I felt warm and giggly. We call each other sisters because it's the closest thing to one that we have. I made my way back out to the parking lot and put my stuff in the backseat of my car. "Hell here I come" I laughed to myself. It's kind of my life saying. It oddly keeps me reminded that things could get worse. I sighed as I got in the driver seat and started the pile of junk. I would go to Bailies and call my mom later. I wouldn't want her to call me in as a runaway. I naturally wouldn't care but I didn't want Elizabeth, Bailies mum to get in trouble.
------
"Hey Chicken" I greeted Bailie. Her nickname is Fried Chickenisha Obamaniqua Sharquisha or Chicken for short. It's a really long story how we came up with the name but let's just say me and a few friends claim that Reece and Alyssa, our two oldest friends (they are 24 and 22) had adopted Chicken from Indonesia where she was born in the parking lot of McDonald's.
"Seester" She tackled me in a hug the moment I walked through the door. I laughed and hugged her back. Her mom was putting her coat on, probably on her way to work. She is a bartender at a place called Underdogs.
"Off to work mum?" I asked. Liz nodded and gave me a hug. "Glad your here kid" She smiled before making her way out of the front door. I waved as she left and Chicken gave me a questioning look. "So?" She asked curiously. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "What happened!" She squealed like it was obvious. "Ohhhh" I laughed slightly. She stared at me intently, waiting for my explanation. I told her everything. She was pretty pissed at my mom. She is always pissed at my mom though so no change there.
-------
"I love not having to wake up for school" I laughed as I yawned. Bailie was sitting on her bed next to me playing Xbox. She wasn't enrolled in school and Liz said I could just skip school till we figured out what to do. Tomorrow is the concert and Bailie is going with me. We are going to mob our longboards six miles to the venue cause we are badass like that. That's pretty much how we get anywhere in life. I have a car but not a job so I don't have much money for gas. Bailie doesn't have her license. Or her permit. She plans on mobbing a longboard around town for life. It's actually pretty fun. We are what you would call the street kids. Although we do have homes we spend most of our time on the streets. McDonald's or as me and my friends say 'Mac Daniels' is our hangout spot yet no one ever buys anything.
"So what time is all the concert stuff?" Chicken asked. I sat up and began explaining it for the fifth time. "Alright concert starts at seven so we are going to leave at two we will get there around threeish and then we look around and do anything in our will power to meet the band" I giggled. Dahvie and Jayy are my life idols. If I don't get to meet them I will die, literally. "Sounds good. I still don't understand why you're so obsessed with these pervs but you know you do you" She laughed. I messed with my new septum piercing and reviewed the past life events that lead to me having only BOTDF to make me feel better.
"Come on let's get dress and go meet with peeps or something" She smiled. I nodded and we both climbed out of the bed. The only clothes I had are the ones I just bought. I opened the HotTopic bag and pulled out a Jeffree Star tank top and some galaxy leggings. "You are such a sceenie weenie" Bailie teased me as she pulled on her ripped to shreds light blue skinnys and a Nirvana shirt. She put on a white and blue flannel and rolled up the sleeves. "We are so different" I laughed. She nodded and hugged me. She licked my boob like always. "Hardcore incest" I chuckled. She bit my collar bone in response and then walked over to her fish tank. We have a very strange relationship that only we can understand.
My phone vibrated and I pulled it out to reveal a text from Andy. Meet me at Walmart in thirty I showed the text to Bailie who just nodded and grabbed her rasta longboard and handed me my checkered long board. We walked out her small house and threw our boards on the pavement and jumping on them. It would only take us about twenty minutes to get to Walmart since we are good as fuck at hauling ass. Andy is my other number one best friend. He isn't gay but I pretend he is because about a year ago he told me he thought he was gay and turns out he was only confused and now he never hears the end of it. Whenever I introduce him to people I introduce him as gay because yolo.
We were about five minutes from Walmart and my legs were doing the whole numb throbbing thing. The six mile ride to the concert was going to be the death of me. I could already tell. "Is Andy still dating that Kim chick?" Chicken asked. I shrugged. Kim had cheated on him with my ex Ki and some Hayden dude. "I hope not, he so deserves better" I sighed. She nodded in agreement and I could finally see Walmart. We picked up the speed and turned into the parking lot. People rolled their eyes at us or just stared as we weaved around cars and stopped at the entrance doors. Bailie grabbed a cart and we put our boards in it. Andy was waiting by the Mac Daniels. Him and Bailie were both hella short. I tackled Andy in a hug and he chuckled.
"Well hello to you to Crystal" He smiled. Bailie stood there awkwardly. Her and Andy have a thing that goes off and on. Andy gave Bailie an awkward bro hug and we started to walk around the store. "So your going to the concert right?!?" Andy asked excitedly. I nodded and he squealed like a fan girl. I'm telling you he's gay he just don't know it yet. He flipped his naturally black hair out of his face and Bailie did the same to her light pinkish orange hair. Their hair was pretty much the same length. Bailie tended to give off a weird twelve year old boy vibe. She was about as tall as one and she sometimes looked like one. I didn't mind. I thought she was beautiful anyway.
"Are you gonna mob with us to the concert? We are leaving at two" I said. Andy flipped his hair again and shrugged. "Maybe but I would have to skip sixth and seventh period then" He said. I nodded and Bailie groaned. "Just skip the whole day dude" Bailie said. Andy shrugged again. "I don't know if my mom is gonna be mad or not" He explained I laughed and poked his cheek. "You skip all the time ITS A FREAKIN BOTDF CONCERT grow a pair and skip" I teased him. He blushed slightly. "Fineeeeee" he groaned. Alright then it's settled. Me and the fam are gonna have the best day ever!
