Chapter 6: Just a kiss!?

The bus rides were so tiring, my neck was aching like a strange tumour suddenly grew out of my skull...I look over to Janice, she was admiring the view from the bus window, it was almost like summer in The coast, we were near the beach and it was owner to the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen...

The coast was awfully hot---almost as hot as me, tshh---the sizzling Rays shone down on us through the bus window, outlining Janice's well defined face and making her hair as fiery as ever...
She sat next to me, Janice...Still on level one she continued giving me cold looks and monotone sentences...Aidan is forever convinced  that I'm a masochist since I enjoy the cold glances and serious tones...I'm not weird, okay! It's perfectly normal!

Aidan, the pervert sadly couldn't join us for the coast...His parents wanted him to go on a cruise as a family, since it was already winter holidays...
Looking at the auburn trees reminded me of when Aidan and I were kids, innocent and naive...well, I was the innocent one, Aidan was corrupted ever since we met...We used build sand castles in the sand pit...mine would always look like a pile of sh*t but his...God, he was a messed up child...i don't even want to say what it looked like...
We also enjoyed jumping into piles of fallen leaves...it would be full of fun all the time...then at the end of the day I would fall asleep under his piano while he played... We were often scolded for that because Aidan kept falling asleep at the piano, Getting drool in the keys!

Moment down memory lane whisked me away from reality for longer than I realised...we were already at the hotel, the teachers began unloading the baggage while the class pushed and shoved to get out the bus...

At the end of line I got up, sorting my carry-ons from the top. I also sorted Janice's for her...The line was taking so long!
Finally getting off the bus was amazing! The air was so clean and the trees were more exquisite than in the cramped vehicle...I approached Janice as the teachers began to give instructions for entering the cabins, I just stood with her until further notice...
The inside of the cabin was outdoor traditional, to reduce costs there were only three rooms picked out, girls, boys and teachers, couples were pissed, it was harder to sneak inside each other's rooms.
I checked my phone for the time, "5:50.." I mumbled something to myself, as I entered the boys room, we were told to unpack and set up my pillows.

When we all finished, the boys made their way to the showers...which was public...great time to show off my new, rock hard ABBS,I have been training these puppies for months!

The water was hot and relaxing like a spa...this is the best part of the trip so far..." Ren, dude! Have you been working out?" Here's my queue!
" no, why?"
The guy talking to me looked astonished, "wow! So lucky! My genetics are terrible!"

And so the convo continues...

At 01:30 Everyone was wearing bathrobes in after the bathes, all student were alone in the Guy's room, the teachers had gone to sleep an hour ago and everyone planned to play Strange games from the Internet while we were here, One girl told us all about a Japanese game called 'King', the girl had a pack of paddle pop sticks with numbers on them and a hat.
Each of us picked out a stick,
Whoever got one that said King could dare whoever he/she likes... The numbers could not reveal themselves until the dare has been decided.

The first time a boy named Fred got King, " I dare 12 and 17 to show us
Some moves!"

Two girls jumped up and started dancing, it was a fun game!
After a couple of rounds, my number (6) and 24 was called by girl known as...Amanda? " I dare 6 and 24 to kiss fir 10 seconds!"

This dare I didn't care about, it's no big deal, not like it's my first...
Though, my mind instantly changed when Janice was number 24...we both stood up and the band of students started giggling and calling this like: "the legendary couple has showed up!"

Janice approached me, she looked like she couldn't care less, " W-Wait! What if this is her first kiss!" Nice! I turned to Janice, I was really panicking...my heart was throbbing so hard! " is it your first kiss?"

"Yes, but I don't mind...its just a kiss."

"Just a kiss?!"

Everyone cheered, " What are you? Chicken? Come on! Be a man, Ren!"

Janice met eye level with my own, I was stuck staring into her mysterious, creamy eyes...I fell victim when she lightly pulled on my collar and kissed me, I was shocked and stumbled back abit. I...I can't say I didn't like it...the warmth of her lips on mine and the softness of her gentle touch, she lingered for the whole 10 seconds and pulled away like it was nothing. I was caught frozen in place, I felt myself blush as I defrosted and sat back down.

I felt my lips, being reminded of that made me freak but at he same time...I wanted more...I wanted to kiss her again...
My heart bested so fast I almost had a heart attack... I've never felt like this before...all the other girls I've kissed never made my heart race or my lips begging for more....

Maybe...Just maybe...

I shook the very idea out of my head, we're just friends! It'll never happen! I won't turn into a sap!

I am not...definitely not...

Maybe...maybe I am...
