Mia looked at Bianda confused.
"I can't be in love. No!" She said. She liked Suhaileo, sure. But she'd never say she loved him. She just didn't believe in that stuff.
Bianda shrugged and walked out of the door.
"Believe what you want. But don't get too attached; he's a Leo and Leo's like to lie." She said as she walked out of the front door and into the forest. Bianda saw Maurishio with a girl in their class; Ivy. Clearly flirting. Bianda didn't really care.
She made herself comfy on a branch so high in a tree the person walking through the forest wouldn't see her.
Bianda put her back against the bark with her left leg raised and her right leg outstretched. Her arm rested on her raised leg.
All was silent.
"Bianda? What are you doing in the tree?" Maurishio said with a laugh.
Bianda sighed heavily. She hated Maurishio so much she could kill him... literally.
She was so annoyed she didn't carefully climb down the tree; she jumped down the 10 meters of the tree.
She straightened and looked at Maurishio.
"What do you want? You're ruining my mood..." Bianda muttered.
Maurishio slung his arm around her stiff shoulders. She eyed it.
"Get your arm off of me if you want to walk away with it." Bianda growled.
Maurishio quickly took his arm away and frowned.
"Did you swallow the hormone pill again?" He asked nodding, as if he knew the answer already.
"No, I merely don't like you." Bianda said and started walking away.
"Bianda -" He grabbed her arm and she looked back.
"Don't you dare touch me!" She said and she barred her teeth at him. There was a cold glint in Bianda's eye; almost as if she knew this would hurt Maurishio.
Please. Nothing hurts a Leo. She thought to herself.
Bianda pulled her arm away and walked away without another word.
She soon met up with a guy the same height as her; blonde shaggy hair and green eyes. He had a muscular build, almost more than Maurishio.
Maurishio watched Bianda walk up to the guy.
She hugged him and he ruffled her hair but she hit him in the stomach.
"Hey! That's my girlfriend!" Maurishio said with pure anger. He aimed a fist to the guy's angular face.
Bianda was there in front of the blonde and had stopped Maurishio's strike.
"You touch him and you'll have me to deal with." She said, and Maurishio could see her anger flaring up and if he pushed her too far...
"I'm not your girlfriend anymore. It's over." Bianda said emotionless, almost as if she didn't care about Maurishio's emotions.
But Maurishio didn't want to let Bianda go just yet.
He pulled her close in the hug he knew she loved. She didn't hug him back, rather she pushed him away.
"Let me go. You don't need me, I don't need you. You've got Ivy I've got -" Bianda said but Maurishio cut her off.
"What? Ivy?" He asked as if Bianda had no proof.
"Yeah I saw you with her. Why don't you ask her out?" She asked with sarcasm.
At this, Maurishio finally got enraged.
He pushed Bianda out of the way and she fell to the floor. Maurishio went straight for the blonde.
He seemed to anticipate this, and stopped 5 of Maurishio's attempted strikes and knocked Maurishio into a tree.
"Heh... that was a good workout!" He said.
Bianda smirked.
"Let's go. This vermin doesn't deserve our time." And linked arms with her new companion and walked to the house to introduce him to the others.
They reached the house pretty quickly.
"Guys, this is Leo." Bianda announced to everyone.
"Oh yeah, we know." Mia said.
That wasn't a surprise. Leo was real famous in school.
"I'll be back soon." He said and walked out of the door.
Bianda sighed and went to her room.
She sat on her bed and opened a random book. A paper fell out.
We'll be together forever!!
Yes we will.
Promise you'll never leave..
I promise with all my heart I will never leave you. If I left, I'd leave my light in the darkness behind.
Bianda knew what note this was. It was a note that she and Maurishio had written.
Bianda couldn't help the tears that now dripped from her face. On the outside, she had to pretend she didn't care what Maurishio said or did, but on the inside? Bianda couldn't decide which hurt more; the fact that Maurishio lied or that he moved on like he never loved Bianda in the first place.
She walked to the window and stared out of it. Her phone buzzed.
She checked the message.
What's wrong there isn't anything between me and Ivy, Bianda
It was a BBM from Maurishio. She couldn't bear to face him now. Or ever.
Muscular arms wrapped around Bianda's waist and for a moment she thought it was Maurishio.
But it wasn't. No. His heart belonged to Ivy now.
Bianda turned and wrapped her arms around Leo's neck.
"You've been crying. Why?" He asked, tracing the tear marks.
She pulled away and tied her hair into a tight bun.
"Nothing. Let's go." They both walked out of Bianda's room and went into the living room.
She sat down thinking about all the lovely memories Maurishio had given her.
How she wished she could stop thinking about him.
