Night terrors

I remember running from something.
Something big, evil.
It was out to get me.
I know he wanted me dead, but I wasn't sure why?
I had a sense I had managed to get away from some place horrible.
A place I know I never wanted to return to.
---------- [ waking up from night terror ]
" AAHHHHH!!!"
I woke up, screaming, and fell from my branch. Hitting the ground I felt a sharp pain in my wing before everything around me became black
~~~~~ hours later ~~~~~
I lay sprawled on the ground.
My right wing I definitely knew was broken.
It Hurt like hell. And I didn't know what to do.
So I started crawling over to the tree I fell out of,
I reached around the trunk, while still on the ground.
I felt dizziness take over me. Things began growing dark but I managed to stay awake.

Toby's P.O.V

Me, hoodie, and masky were all on a spree. Last night we heard a scream somewhere, thinking slender had killed a victim.
It was our responsibility to dispose of the body.

Masky was by a stump.
Searching around it, for anything.

He looked up, and reached for something. When he brought his arm back down to examine what he had found,
I knew exactly what it was.
A black feather, just like Madison's.
Sure, it could have been just a crow's feather, but if knew somewhere deep in my heart, it was hers.

Just then, I heard a pain-filled groan come from a few yards away.
I scurried to where the sound came from.
And sure enough, Madison was on the ground.
Her wing was broken, just by looking at it, I could tell.

I shuffled to her
" m-Madison...."
I felt my face turn red.
I.still.loved.her.

She looked up at me. Realization crossed her face as she put her head down.
I put my weapons away. Then proceeded to carefully pick her up.
" g-guys!! Help!"

They ran to me, then looked at Madison in my hands.
She had passed out, she probably has a concussion from hitting her head. I don't know
Why she was on the ground, or why she has a broken wing,

I knew I had to take her to the mansion. She needed help. And hopefully she won't freak out.
I hope she doesn't try to leave again.
I really loved her.
I wanted her with me.

I looked down at her, smiling sadly at her limp body.
I brushed the hair from her face and kissed her forehead.
Then began walking to the mansion.
We reached the entrance, and I burst the door open.
" I NEED H-HELP OVER HERE!!"

Slenderman teleported in front of me,
Masky and hoodie weren't far behind me.
He gently took Madison into his hands and we all followed him at a quick pace, to the CP ER.
It was part of our mansion.

Doctor smile was in. And he brought out a stretcher , then went into the back room.
We weren't aloud back there, so everyone that had seen her come in, patiently waited for doctor smile to finish up.
Most likely, she would have to rest overnight. Visitors would probably be aloud tomorrow,

But I knew one thing, I wasn't leaving until I knew she was ok.
I'm usually not this protective over people, but once I saw her after, who knows long,
I can't deny that my heart was beating a million times a minute.

Just then, my best friend walked into the door.
Also know as Marissa, Madison's cousin.

Marissa's P.O.V.

I was confused, why was everyone waiting in here? What's going on, who is hurt?
I saw Toby looking at me. He was worried. So I shuffled over to him
" what's going on!?" I whisper-yelled.

He took me aside
" M-Madison is b-b-back.."

I was shocked. I never thought I would see her again.
My best friend, also, my cousin, was back. And apparently hurt.
Now I was scared, but also shocked. I didn't know how to handle this.
So without a word, I walked away, back to my room.

I closed my door, and collapsed onto my bed.
I cried.
I balled hard tears.
She's never going to forgive me.
I came after her, I just couldn't find her,
I gave up, even though I love adventures, I knew once Madison has her mind set, she won't
Give up.

She probably won't want to talk to me
She probably doesn't even wanna be here, or be around me.
I'm so scared. What I'd She will never want any of her friends back?

What if, no one looks at her the same? What if she leaves again?
What if she hates all of us??
